A robed man wearing a wooden mask tears down any copy of these notes whenever he finds them. The only place where the man cannot be seen is in Kholingen so the notes there remain untouched.

*It is almost impossible to make notices like that in Kohlingen. If any notice can be found in Kohlingen then guards or the knights of the city would remove those immediately. The person who makes those, would be arrested, interrogated and most definitely banished from the city, of course only if the city officials can capture him or her*

Riala wanders across one of the posters, and with a small smirk, produces a piece of charcoal. She scribbles a beard and moustache on the skull, and generally defiles the symbol in general.

Afterword, she scribbles out the note and writes in elven near the symbol, "Can't read most of this, but from Tarkuul being there, this note is no good. Don't need any more deadsniffers, thank you very much." When she's happy with it, Riala tosses the charcoal to the ground and walks away.

*Like Khol, Notices like this are very difficult if not impossible to place up in Winya Revena. The Guards would get rid of the person placing up the notices from tarkuul, in any manner the guards deem neccessary to remove them up to filling them with arrows, but the person and the notices wouldn't be in winya. If by happen chance they are somehow not removed, Amareth removes them immidetaly when she sees them*

Respectfully, considering that there's many individuals who are =not= banned from Kohlingen (who'd be a primary target for such, for obvious reasons) or Winya who could be hired, enter and post the notices, I don't see much of an issue with them being posted - now staying up is a different manner

It's not like Frey would send his own people, or citizens, to post such things. :lol:

I'd also appreciate people not determining the roles of the guards, and remind you that only a DM can state what NPCS do. I'm sure they would weigh in if they felt the need to.

I mean, c'mon, Lawful good guards arresting, then banishing innocent messenger runners / individuals who've done nothing criminal or broke any of the City's laws?

Your own character reactions, however, are a different matter

This will be an IG event, all (yes, ALL - that's the point of the event) are welcomed (already cleared with the DM's) to attend.

I'll post here when we've determined that actual IG event occurs, hence the "tenday" comment.

*specific invites to the Cities government agencies on the Isle of Amia are sent via independant courier, with the same message contained therein and an request for notification of attendance, so the proper arrangements can be made. All governmental representatives are guaranteed safe passage to and from the portal for the duration of the event*

*A "hygienically" clean skeletal hand drifts across one of the many notes and tears it down, pocketing it. Small fits of chuckling could be heard.* "This shall be of some use.."

Passing by Cordor's main bridge Boltgard notices and read the announcement, making a copy and storing it at his backpack. He comments to himself:

"Hmmm... Interesting... I cannot lose this."

The notices posted at the Salandran temple would probably stay there for a long time considering there's no temple staff around to remove them anymore.

Anyone doing a walk by through the abandoned Salandran grounds would probably see the notices unscathed bar the odd weathering.

*Two identical letters have been send out, one to the Eternal order, another to Kohlingen's defenders. One of the original notices is rolled up in the envelope, along with an unsigned note. The note is short and to the point and reads as follow.*

A little black hand is seen tearing one down and disappearing in Cordor South. Later, the notice is found to be put back up.

*Her step is silent as she follows behind Mezzu, she is certain he knows she is there, however so intent is he at tearing down the notices that apparently he pays her no mind. And of course she is curious to see what has made her friend so upset as to talk to himself, muttering* Bad bad bad

*Reading over his shoulder is not difficult as she is taller and finally after several notices are torn down is she able to piece together the message. At which point she stops following and stands in the shadows and a chuckle can be heard along with a few words.* So, Tarkuul comes to life does it?

*Mezzu looks over his shoulder with a glaire as her turns into the element of fire and burns the posters he has colected*

A young lad could be seen admist the isle hastily preparing. Occasionally a chuckle escapes his lips and a hoarse laugh can be heard "I wonder how many will actually come, or how many will continue to live in ignorance" He continues along his way.

*criers around the Isle begin to announce the event*

"Removing posters is easy, removing criers not so much. Will be fun, definitely..."

Ray Rodgers smiles as word gets round, he takes a walk around the streets of south cordor eventually finding one of the notices.

Interesting enough, but let's be honest frey everyone knows tarkuul was born from darkness in the hearts of the selected few who wished pain and power.

Thumbing his belt he walks off into the labyrinth of streets that form south cordor.

Dezra turns her head to glance at the cryer as the message is uttered.
"Hm..." she smiles under her helm "This should be interesting."

Lyle takes and disposes of any he happens to find in Bendir Dale. As he didn't put out an order to remove them, though, he could've missed some in obscure spots.
