Dear Tailors and Fashion Designers of Amia,

I decided to start a new business and I believe that since we have many others involved on this business that we should organize and get together for the exchange of ideas and the organization of events throughout Amia. If you are interested, leave your name in a list and we can talk about a meeting in a dinner or a tea party.

I hope to meet you all and share my ideas with those that share my taste for clothing.

//I can't do Monday nights 5-10pm EST ever pretty much, I can't do the 15th (wedding) or the 16th(working an event) or the 21st because it's my day damn it.

Those are my only massive scheduling conflicts.

Not good for me, I start work then. A couple of hours earlier would be best.

Prescia Gemfinder was the first one to start organizing tailors in Amia. Her presence on the dinner party is of the most importance. So, Prescia let me know when it is best for you.

I could do it this weekend if most of you are willing to do so. Let me know when is the best, really. I think we can make a fun organization to work with, with registered models and tailors and maybe if a DM is willing I would invite Arwen & Alluvard to participate as well and become one of us.

I am also asking the place below her store to have some tables and tailoring material that we can use as rp. Maybe something hiding a little corner so people can change clothes. Would you folks like to use the space to work? Like meeting a customer, take measurements, and work there while role playing the crafting of the clothes. Any feedback on this idea?

I like the idea about joining up with Arwen. I am in full support of the idea.

Then, I want to discuss if we want a union of tailors of if we want all to be independent. If we are together, how much will our clothing cost and other details of the tailoring business.

So, I want everyone that will work as tailor to bring ideas to be discussed this Saturday so we can leave the dinner with a path to follow on this profession. The ones that are not able to be present, will get a full report that I will post here.

I think when Disco brings the profession things to Amia that the tailoring part of it will be already developed if we can organize and do a good work while creating fun for all the involved.

I was invited by Yaston to make a show in Kohlingen after we have this first show done. I think the idea great and we could design a whole Paladin line to show there.

What do you guys think?

//Alright Folks we are meeting today and I think that the restaurant Okkapa Otama in Cordor is a good place, if the house close to the Arena isnt busy. Also for the house I would need a DM to add a box for Del to put food and drinks inside. I will provide any other placeable necessary. The boxes we add to the place doesnt look like a box.

Anyhow, send me a tell, so I will let you know, or check this thread and I will have the exactly location.

I hope to see you all that are able to be there in a few hours.

*bump* The meeting is starting, at the restaurant.

Decisions reached in the meeting:

Each tailor will present a collection that is of his taste, it can be anything according to the creativity of each one;

Each Tailor will show 10 outfits;

The event will happen in the Festival Grounds;

We will have two Rehearsals and then the actual show;

I will ask a DM to help us with it;

We wont be severely organized, but we will keep tabs from each other, will meet to discuss pricing and other things of our profession. I will be communicating with everyone thru letters (PMs) as things get organized;

Each one should have their own personal label for their clothing line;

If everything works fine, we may have the show in two weeks from now.

So folks, lets start to put dates and days for next week rehearsal so we can organize.

Alright guys, what do you think of Thursday for the event? I mean our Fashion show Rehearsal?

It is time to start to move things or this idea will stagnate.

So, models and Tailors, Thursday, nay or Yay? I have to be in my Gladiator thing at 18 GMT, so before it or at least 3 hrs after it.

Well, I guess for anyone. Qualiz is having computer problems.

And the others I am not sure, since no answers yet.

If I cannot get hold of all the tailors, I will start rehearsing my models, I will talk to you guys in the msn and here and we will check a date. But, I want Qualiz to have her computer in order and more people to tell me what they plan to do.

I´m sorry my job asks of me to be flexible, so can be called at anytime. For now the weekend is still free for me though. I´ll just try to go with the flow.

Damn sorry, didnt notice the post until now. I can still play even though my PC is acting up - but yeah I obviously couldn't make it tonight, as I just got home from work.

I'd suggest the weekend, again saturday or sunday works best for me, preferably at a late afternoon or early evening GMT time.

Next saturday then?

Since it seems quite difficult to organize anything with so many players, from everywhere around the world and different working schedule, I think I will get a day with all my models on, what is not today since Elle is sick, and will do a small rehearsal with them.

Then, when we all figure out a good day for all the tailors and their models, after you folks finish auditioning and such, we can do a big rehearsal or maybe the show. So, let me know when it will be, I will do my best to be there.

Xaviera asked me to participate of the rehearsal so you are invited too Appy to participate of this small thingie I am doing. Even though you are not my model. I will bring some cookies and drinks and I make it fun for all.

so, send me a tell when you are on and without nothing to do, we can get together to check it out.
