These notices are found on tavern toilet seats, on walls, nailed into trees, hammered into big stone boulders, in the pockets of drunken tavern patrons, scattered into windy areas to land in wilderness areas, attached to rocks and thrown over walls, these letters are also scattered throughout the Underdark including Underport and the Hollow Cavern for Drow patrols. Even in some rare cases... branded into cattle hides.
"To the creatures and pink skins of Amia,
The Dark Horde are offering twenty five thousand gold pieces for the head of any Winya Ravanan citizen provided their residence is proven. Depending on the citizen, their rank in the heirarchy, this reward will increase.
Anyone who brings in a Priest of Corellon or any other of the filthy pointy eared deities shall also be offered any form of weapon or armour forging free of cost.
You can leave the heads inside designated containers at the Morgan and Son outlets where the head will be swapped for your reward. ((aka I'll give you your reward ingame.))
One Eye watches!"
//Ok. To prevent grieving and because I'm not an endless hoarder of gold pieces here's the rules. Once you gut a citizen, you post their name here. Once that name is posted here I won't be paying any rewards if they get killed again, nor will I promote continueous PKing of that character.

[quote="Galenson"]A second round of notices are found on tavern toilet seats, on walls, nailed into trees, hammered into big stone boulders, in the pockets of drunken tavern patrons, scattered into windy areas to land in wilderness areas, attached to rocks and thrown over walls, these letters are also scattered throughout the Underdark including Underport and the Hollow Cavern for Drow patrols. "To the creatures and pink skins of Amia,
The Dark Horde are offering a reward of seven hundred and fifty thousand gold pieces to the first non-pointy eared individual to bring in a head of a Winyan War Boss ((councillor)).
You can leave the head inside a designated container at the Morgan and Son outlets where the head will be swapped for your reward. ((aka I'll give you your reward ingame.))
One Eye watches!"
//Same rules as above. This applies to the first Winyan councillor.

As she walks through the forest, Lifaene’riel comes across one of the many notices that littler its trees and paths. Upon reading it, she tears it down with a frown before worry creeps into her eyes. She glances West, in Winya’s direction as she crumbles the paper within her fist. Her distress is quickly replaced with a distant determination and she clenches her fist so tight that the paper turns red, drenched in the blood that’s seeping from her pierced palm.
She takes in a deep breath and loosens her grasp as she commences to pick up as many notices as she can on her way to Winya. “Though I did not desire it to be so soon, and though I have said I would not go alone, time has decided for me”
With that and a stack of notices, she enters the elven enclave.

A head is delivered in a box. A note is stuck to that box. The note reads;
'To the Dark Horde, Score 1, to Winya Ravana. Much love, Ly'thiel'
Within the box is the head of the Half-Orc Bort Mammuut, his dying expression was one of anger and his tongue dangles from his wide open mouth.

Rizzen shakes his head upon seeing the notices.
So, that Driarry wishes to share Underport with this filth? He thinks as walks away.

Ly'thiel leaves another box and note stuck to it.
'To the Dark Horde, Score 2, to Winya Ravana. Much love, Ly'thiel'
Within this box however, is what is left of an Orc's head.
((Gore warning.)) The head doesn't look exactly like a head anymore. Only by piecing the shattered and mushed up bits of skull, brain, and facial features would you be able to get a rough idea. Could have been an Orc, could have been Half Orc. The box is decorated with bits of shattered skull, globules of sticky blood and brain matter, and an eye which has been cut out and left in the middle of the gory mess.

Any approaching the Blood Moon orc caves on the fifth Alturiak would undoubtly spot the swiftly moving siluhettes of elves decending into the cave.
Only moments after the cave rang of ancient battlecries and that all too familiar clash of steel. The sounds of fighting every now and then got mingled with the fearful howls of orcs as elven skill of arms unmistakely won over the crude stength of orcs.
After a considerable amount of time and a terrible slaugther of orcs silence would reign in the dark caves of the orc. Any investigating would find in the very heart of the orc den to be a graveyard. Scores of orc corpses lying broken and defeated, their fell leader himself would be found arrowfilled and headless.
There was no doubt about this was not the work of ordinary adventurers, it was the manifested wrath of the Tel'Quessir.
