Notices, written on fine parchment in rich green ink and written with a elegant, stylized handwriting, are posted in all cities of Amia. In those cities whose guards would not allow such, the notices are posted outside the city, but near enough to the road that they can be easily seen.

People of the Island of Amia,

Let it be known that any person, regardless of race, caught working for or planning to work for the orc tribe known as the Dark Horde will immediately be named and treated as an enemy of the People and of Winya Ravana. We will not tolerate the murder of assault of the People.

Let is also be known that any person who presents proof of aiding Winya Ravana against the Dark Horde will be rewarded suitably to the extent of their aid. Exact terms of reward may be negotiated with the Council of Winya Ravana or its individual members.

May the Seldarine watch over and protect you,
Councilor Ky'irael Alean'arnith of Winya Ravana

Rizzen nods to himself as he sees the note. He uses the Speedy Delivery service to have the note go through to Ky'irael at Winya.

Councilor Ky'irael,

We fought alongside during Nes'ek's Crusade, when I presented myself as a priest of Chaos and was actively working alongside you and the others.

Once again, I am offering you my assistance. In case you do not remember, I am drow.

Send me a reply at Frozenfar, to the following address*.

//OOC, since houses have no numbers and the streets have no names, assume he wrote a random address above. ^^;

Goblins unmistakeably resembling the tribe that plagues the Amia frontier go around the Isle posting the following letters next to or ontop of the original letters. Upon closer inspection of the Goblins, their eyes are glazed over which gives away some very heavy duty enchantment magic is at work. Due to the ever high breeding rates of Goblinoids, no matter how many of the goblin delieverers are killed another seem to just replace it a few days later.

"And what guarantee do you have that the pointy ears will uphold their end of the bargain?

Will they let you into the hearts of their city?

Will they let you stand in the Temple of Corellon whenever you wish?

Will they consider you equal? More then just a tool to do the dirty work for them?

No. The fools kept to themselves during the chaos between the Caravan and the followers of the Human death god. They condemn their own pointy eared kind, kicking them out of their own city because they're different or because they're dark skinned or because their ears aren't pointy enough or too pointy.

Simple lies fabricated by the followers of Corellon and his slaves. There is no guaranteeing they will uphold their end of the bargain, it is merely a play on words to make them feel superior. Atleast you, the creatures and pink skins of Amia know where we, the more ancient race, stand.

One Eye watches!"

These letters are posted not only near the originals, but also in the wild, in those places where such notices would not disturb the natural order of things, such as on road signs.

People of the Island of Amia,

Do not let the fool slaves of Gruumsh deceive you. The orcs are nothing, as they have proven themselves by their offers alone, but barbarians and murderers. The People have their share of wars, and their share of pride, but our battles are fought only against those who would hurt the island of Amia and its people. It is not we who offer gold for the heads of innocents, not we who seek to hire assassins to murder good people.

Winya Ravana and its Councilors will stand by this declaration, and we will certainly grant whatever reward is agreed upon by those who earn it and those who give it. The followers of Gruumsh seek only death and destruction, and wish you as only tools of their war. They would nearly as soon see your own head upon their pikes as ours. You, as we, do not fight simply for the lives of those you do not know nor care for, but for yourself, for the more power you give the orcs, the more terror and destruction they will bring to all.

May Corellon Larethian, Coronal of Arvandor, strengthen you,
Councilor Ky'irael Alean'arnith of Winya Ravana
