For future referance please note that is the policy of the Federation of Legal Amian Gambling to issue available tickets sequentially in response to a request such as this. It is also worth noting that if such a request is made, purchase of tickets is not guaranteed. The customer will however be presented with a bill amounting to half of the respective ticket prices, irregardless of whether the tickets are available at the time.

As Incognito says, address this IC, not OOC. Use your imagination, dude - all you see is this dark horse group called Federation of Legal Gambling taking money and offering tickets for a chance at a pocket golem. If you think it is a scam, ask yourself, how would my character find out? What would he do? Who would he ask? And then, act accordingly, whether it is requesting a meeting, meeting a PC IG, PM'ing a DM with a note for an NPC in-game, or what-have-you.

And from here on out, everyone, please respect Incognito's request to only have this thread and any and all future threads related to ticket-taking ONLY involve the numbers. Makes it far easier for Incognito to manage.
