I was thinking earlyer, first off I've seen some stuff about the duke being exploded in a prison bombing thing or something, idk that was before I got here, so who is the main leader in charge of cordor now? or group?

which brings me to the actual point I wanted to make, outside cordor the place is fully a wreck, the pubs got fallen trees, the farms just not there, and the bath don't look so great, I was wondering how we could go about rebuilding the place, be it with cash, supplies, workers, theres a great RP oppourtunity screaming at my face but I don't feel I know enough about the place to start it.

So, are there already plans to rebuild? how much would it cost materials wise in game, and who is the government?? sorry this is so vague I hope this makes sense, I just think it would suck if the buildings suddenly reappeared with no explaination at some later point, rebuild I say :)

You're fooling yourself, we're living in a dictatorship! A self-perpetuating autocracy in which the...

amia...america...GOOD GOD O_o it is a dictatorship lulz

I'll have a wander IG to see what info I can gather on it, and i'll PM before starting any story/fundraiser type malarchy as actually putting the buildings back/new buildings would require DM work and such. Thought i'd set the idea down before I 4get though anyways :)

even dictatorships need farms, and docks, I imagine the docks being more trade oriented ARE being fixed up already yes no?

The docks were never actually damaged thanks to a peculiar little innovation called the Weathershroud. One of Cordor's big magical developments. A holdover from a much older plot that just saw some use again under the new government.

But yes...things are going to be bad if agriculture doesn't get a boost. The Council always accepts formal proposals from its Citizens. Basic outline:

1) Identify yourself.

2) State the problem the Commonwealth faces in as much detail as you like.

3) State your solution to the problem in as much detail as you like. Be thoughtful. Do your research. Don't be afraid to ask a DM (I do my best to answer PMs) for details.

4) Don't leave out the important details: like who is going to pay for it, who should get what benefits, etc.

Always imagine that, if you write a proposal, you're trying to "sell it" to the Commonwealth Council as something worth doing. This is one of those open roads for those players/PCs who like to play politics a bit. There's never a guarantee you'll see what you want come to fruition or appear in the module, as ALL changes must go through the DM Team and ultimately through Disco, but proposals that are intelligent and MOST OF ALL provide copious RP opportunities to a variety of players will be more strongly considered than others.
