Dear citizens of Cordor, fellow adventurers,
This cannot last any longer ! We cannot take it anymore. The skullies,
aka the "black fist", aka the damn-racists-in-black-and-red-of-cordor,
MUST BE DRIVEN OUT ! Yes, out of these walls, for good !
Cordor is the city of tolerance...or so it is supposed to be.
And racism is a crime. Today, citizens and adventurers alike, yes, us, are exasperated. And so we write this petition to request their immediate banishment from Cordor. To all adventurers and citizens, SIGN TODAY, and free cordor of those who disturb it's balance and tolerance !

Their blatent disregard of honour sickens me, as a human I thought I could make them see sense, but alas even I was under their scruiteny, such people are no better than the evil they claim to defend us from.
the note is unsigned but blatently in agreeance with the notice, written instead of a name in dark blue ink

If you're harassed, call a guard. Whenever I do, it works flawlessly, and you get to gloat mildly at the moron that harassed you. If no helpful guards are present, shank them outside Cordor!

Racism within the City of Cordor has been permitted since the revision of the Cordorian Laws some time ago; the freedom to treat creatures for what they are by nature and how they act is a freedom the people of Cordor possess freely.
While this behaviour will be strongly monitored, these public rallies and attempts at rabble rousing is similarly looked down upon.

Act within Cordorian law, and by the guards orders, and as a non problem causing adventurer of Cordor, you will get the aid of the guards whenever someone is breaking the laws, such as causing public disruption by starting an argument or fight.. or verbal abuse.
It's worked for me, in my experience, even when I've been cross with the law more than once there, and payed for it.
Just be glad the city is not lawless and have guards that do their jobs. Don't just go demanding stuff from people, when you are visiting THEIR CITY. Live by their bloody rules.

The addition of "adventurers" in the address line of this public petition gets a very bitter reaction from the citizens of the Cordorian Commonwealth, most of whom adamantly refuse to support a petition that is tantamount to adventurers declaring war on the normal citizens.
Already frustrated by the creeping prices on produce, a necessary inflation due to the massive flooding of the Commonwealth's crops, the citizens seem particularly bitter towards the adventuring populace - and even more particularly against the very monstrous races the "Skullies" cry against, after witnessing the public executions of those responsible for the Talosian storm.
One of the executed, a tiefling.
The other, a genasi.
When their livelihoods are crushed by the actions of not only adventurers but of the very monstrous races the Skull-Masked "Black Fist" openly decry, they do not take very kindly at all to adventurers making further threats against them.

I hereby stand with a petition to rid Cordor of this cult. People of Cordor, I stand for a life without disgust for the misunderstood. I stand for a life without fear.
Most importantly, I ask that whether or not this petition passes, view this group/cult as highly dangerous, as I have firsthand witnessed them slaughter innocents, men and women of all races, including human. They generalize entire races harshly. Please understand that with this Cult on the loose, any adventures outside the Law of Cordor are liable to be met with deadly force from these vile men. If you are a minority, take special care and caution when traversing.
Give every man a chance. These men have had their chances. These men have spilt the blood of innocents.

"Its a privilege, not a right for their monstrous kind to be here and should keep on their best behavior." The woman muttered as she strode past the petition, adjusting her uniform.

*Neruiln approaches with a grin, hoping to finally get the skullies away*
You can sign me for it; Neruiln.
Anoying dress wearing freaks, come to look good and they cramp your style, pfft. I doubt -they- themselves are even Cordorian citizens, so why are they so set on getting rid of other races? They need to learn to just get on with it and stop crying like babies.
*Apparently, this part was aimed at doubting the skullies were citizens of Cordor. He then just walks off with his sword in hand, dissapearing to the distance*

Willow walks by the note, she pauses to read tilts her head, seeming amused.
"I did not know the silly Flaggers were racists." After a moment more of thought, the she Devil writes and attaches a small note in spidery letters under the announcement.
"Racism is not a crime in Cordor."

Racism -isn't- the point of the petition. They annoy everyone, cause trouble, harrassment as many people have mentioned. A great example would be the fact they are trying to get any race other than their own banned from the city. Tieflings and so on. Anyone who they consider a 'monstrous race'. That being anyone but themselves. I'm guessing it wont be short of races such as; Celestials, Devils, Demons etc.. Which of each you see walk freely, mostly of Cordor, including Dragons too, which i had heard someone mention, Chromatic or not.
Pfft, who am i supposed to look good in front of, if everyone is banned? Plus, the fact i still doubt they are even citizens.

I would like to throw kudos in the direction of my fellow racists out there.
Say it loud, say it proud.
Wings, scales and tails are for birds, reptiles and fish.
Keep the freaks and savage beasts on tight leash in our fair city.
Humankind - the finest and fairest race, the very image of godliness, have the right to keep the monsters in their midst under tight control. You wish to trade with us you say? Visit, behave, keep your snouts clean, and keep your tentacles to yourselves. Do not deign to make demands.
Human and damned proud of it,

I suggest amending the original notice of the petition to state that the issue is not infact rasicm, it is "Discussion/Planning with intent to cause harm or commit crime." which in cordorian law states the following "Such actions will be punished in the same manner as the crime or law violation being discussed."
Since they have threatened, stalked, harrased and killed members of various races I suggest a long sentence in the prisons, or banishment. We should not fall so low as to demand their execution as they wish for all other races.
I would like to add that they threatened me because of my personal neutrality toward other races, stating I could become a problem, and between eachother one asked "should I blade him?", and later denying they had ever seen me. this took place in cordor in a house nearby the theater
I see you need some persuasion so I'll add my name to the list, the situation is too ghastly for me to remain anonomous and on the fence, and if nothing is done they could kill again, people's lives are at stake here...signing this petition may just increase your own lifespan.
Signed... Tao Myst
PS. to the skullies, I emplore you to see reason and stop this madness before you end up turning on eachother over some pitiful squabble of race and evil carryed in blood, a drow, elf or fey is no more evil than human, orc, dragonkin or even a summoned hellhound, its our actions which decide that aspect of ourselves, just as I tryed to tell you before all this...
The note is written in common, neatly with a feather quill.

*A note is placed under that notice*
Yes i will sign it but under the fact that they not only have they wanted the other races out but when some of the guards are not there they make open threats to those races. i have been a target of that hatered. They will try to kill people if they are not stopped just as proof that they do not care if we are of other races. if that is then i would like guard survice up to the max in the most popular places in cordor. i am also a foster son of a man that lived in Cordor so i do not wish this to go on anymore
Signed, Dberaitnhger Korvath

Riala sees the notice, but only knows enough to make out "No more skullies". Assuming that the writer means the people that have become her nemesis, as she calls them, the "Skullheads", she signs her name in Draconic, "Riala".
Apparently I'm not the only one being harassed by them anymore... she thought to herself. They SHOULD be banned.

*A neat message is pinned up*
"Make no attempts at charging them with accounts of murder, as we are only speaking from experience, all of which they can deny. Find witnesses; multiple, reliable witnesses. Trust your guards. Stay quiet, and let them solve it, even if it means taking insults without payment. But know that when you do stay quiet, let the guards do their job, it will be -you- in this city and the "Skullies" out.
Most importantly, stay safe. This petition is not about racism- its about the murder of innocents, untried and overwhelmed. I have personally witnessed these men training in a paramilitaristic fashion outside the boundaries of Cordor. Stay safe, citizens. Humans alike.
~Dawnbringer Aylomen, Priest of the Morninglord."

Siril the mage walks through cordor to pick up his normal supplies and happens across many of these fliers and their responses. Only a few words are spoken in response, "Typical, someone speaks truth of the world and how the masses revolt." Chuckling to himself, he strolls off to his destination.

As passing by Cordor square to meet some old friends at the Nomad's, eager for some nice wine, Sammael notices the petition, reading it and adding a note:
"Bah, skullies... Let them talk as much as they wish, these grannies live their frustrated lifes complaining about us because they are unable to find a nice woman, a nice job or nice friends to make some party. No need to sign any petition, lets just ignore him, we are acting as the city's laws, thats what really matters."

Michael Noir comes across one of the withering notes and, being the outspoken and curious guy he is, starts talking to commoners on the streets of Cordor. He asks questions like these:
"Would you want your daughter to befriend and marry a Tiefling? Could you bring yourself to say: Dear Tiefling son-in-law, how are my grand-children? Do the horns growing out of their heads pain them a lot these days?"
"Dragons are fierceful, and probably intelligent creatures, making them very difficult enemies. We have all heard tales how they cruelly slaughter the brave adventurers that oppose their hunger for power, riches and blood. Do we really want their closest allies, those that strive to be more like them than even the lowest human thug could ever be, walk among us? Do we really want them to flap their wings in our faces, showing off their scaly skin? Do we really have to trust their lizard-tongues?"
He records the answers in his notebook, nodding friendly and encouraging the people to speak out for themselves and their safety.

An official statement is made from the Cordorian Guard regarding the matter.
As a result of constant misdemeanours by the cult publically referred to as the 'Skellies', this group of individuals are henceforth offered a single warning. Continued law violations, legal misdemeanours and chaotic, unlawful behaviour will be traated harshly and ramifications will be placed upon all within the grouping.
The Commonwealth of Cordor will not tolerate direct harassment of its personnel, extortion of civilians and such open attempts to provoke riots and destructive behaviour within our city.
These individuals have now been warned, and should their behaviour continue; they shall be punished to the full extent of the law.
