Rizzen frowns slightly when he sees one of the posters.

When he gets back to his current room, he writes a letter.

Inrae'tana mumbles to herself. "Bring Joyious Hearts, that means I shouldn't go, even if I follow the maiden" she says in her cold tone.. she walks off challangeing anyone with a glare who look at her

A large dark figure walks past one of the posted notices, and grins to himself.

*Around the posters in Cordor, men from all walks of life engage in boisterous discussions about the dresscode for the upcoming ball.*

*Delarwyn smiles warmly as she reads the posts and writes a note to Melogant*

Dear Miss Melogant,

I rejoice in the idea of such ball and I will most gladly participate in such wonderful event. I honestly hope you can hire some security personnel although, the Eilistraeen have too many enemies on this land.

Lifaene'riel comes across one of the notices in Bendir. She smiles as she pulls out a quill and pens a note to Melogant.

The note reads:

"Honorable Lady Melogant,

It would bring me great pleasure to attend the Dark Maiden's Ball, if you shall have me. I look forward to meeting Elistaree's kind-hearted followers.

Respectful regards,
-Lifaene'riel, Priestess of Selune and follower of the Seldarine."

Tu'jol runs into one of these fliers in Cordor and reads it curiously. She says to herself:

Hmm... interesting... although I'm not sure it was so wise to make it so public. This will be the root of problems sure to come during the event. I wonder who this Melogant is anyway.

She puts the flier in her bag and goes on about her business.

Sammael reads one of the posters at his usual "office" (the Inn at Fortress Wiltun) and comments with a drunk smile at he face:

"Nice! Another party! Hope they got free food and drinks as good as that in the elven girl's party... Hmm, can't remember the name... Aronil, Erondil... Well, whatever.... *HIC!*"

Yas'da happily pens up a little addendum.

*accepts the letters from all who have sent in notes or missives as to their attendance or simple well wishes. After a moment, she thoughtfully pens responses and later takes them to Speedy's to be delivered to all who can be found.*

A short note is sent to Melogant, written in both drow and elven.

Melogant,

I will gladly attend the ball, though I'm afraid I do not have anything fancy really. Also, if you need help, you need but ask me.

*the next sets of letters go towards Mystra Tower, specifically addressed to Sir Halen Van Calanor, Lord Wiltun, Sharina of the Eternal Order along with a note of consolation for those lost at the battle, Riia of the Weave Knights and the Mother of the Salandran temple.

Essentially the letters went by messenger to the heads of many surface cities or organizations that have had good to mutually beneficial relationships with the Shrine. The letters are written in the native languages for the areas.*

Glad you two had fun, Toag added a bit of spice to things and Sam made it just funny in the nicest places. For all that couldn't attend, I'm very sorry but since Mel's a rather chipper thing, do expect there to be others. Just....in a place not so prone to lag. However it was a good chance to also show off the Twilight Stage for any that had never been there before, no?
