300 notices are delivered to the doorsteps of citizens of Cordor. Districts: Western, Central, Southern. (100 each) Only humans receive them. They are delivered by men in the below picture, however under the effect of an invisibility spell. Adventurers are ignored (if you run around in armor 24/7 [eating, sleeping, etc...], this means you), just as the guards for receiving these messages. In other words, you don't recieve the message if:
- Your not human
- Your an adventurer
- Your a Cordorian Guard
- You don't have a house in the districts named above
Each day that a dragon flies beyond the gate is a day of defeat. Each day a fiend utilizes it's dark magic to breach the natural boundaries between our realm and their's is a failure of inconsiderable proportion. They're welcome was in the beginning, but no longer. That day has past on with the death of a tainted man, possessed by greed. No respectable Lord holds their land high with the agents of doom. They don't come for enjoying life, but for forcing a seed into the fertile soil. The seed has mutated into something unrecognizable in our realm. Understand they are making the preparations for their strike on our beloved land. Understand that they are ever foreboding with the lies they present to us.
A fortress of terror is being constructed, and the signs of power are evident. Together as men we may stand against this in triumph, however we cannot linger as our time is encroaching. They've studied our lands and deemed it weak. Weak is the title of men. It is pathetic how this is permitted within -our- own lands. Disrespecting our honor as if describing us as a mere bug, not even a viable threat, but a damned insect for them to swoop away with one felling blow delivered at our heart. They don't care of our ways of life, just the goods we have. These goods won't hold us to their liking forever, though. These beasts -will- attack us and conquer our lands for our goods, just as their kin in the wild lands.
Unfortunately, my brothers and sisters, our organization is being shut down by the Cordorian Guard on the request of the dragons and demons themselves. Childish nonsense being sent through the land that is actually being supported by the Guard. You remain silent in this time of woe, and we must pay the price with our lives. Terrible forms of life, ruined by dark ways, the orcs that frequent Cordor exclaim their allegiences to Gruumsh, and their policies. We hear them speak of how they will kill men when they wish to leave Cordor. Is this just? This is upsetting. As men, we shall have no limitations by the orcs that seek to cage us for brash punishment, but only capabilities that permit the delivering of a retribution more powerful than anything that they can grasp. The evidence of their treachery is abroad, yet the silencing hand of the fiends is ever daubing.
With your help, we may see our survival until the threat is damned, and casted back into the shadows. We have need you, our fellow men and woman in Cordor for our defense, and we are incapable of evolution should we have a lack of men willing to defend their own lands against this "tolerance" which surrounds us... Binds us. We implore you for aid, and with your aid we shall stand strong once again. Once again Cordor shall reign supreme over these abominations that have been summoned from the Hells to slaughter, ravage, disembowel our brethren. You must exert your will for change onto the Council, and cease your hiding. With this, we may unleash the will of the people.
These defective impurities will stop at nothing, and their latest display of power was through necromancy. Something unmatched by any within Cordor. A sending from the the Hells was summoned this day, and it was seen rising over the island for decimation of our way. It is an act to further the detriment of our resolve, and dissipate any alliances between us. Separating us from you will create chaos, and these drow relish chaos. We ask you to make a dire choice to our survival. Relinquish your trembling fist on fear and embrace the brother-ship of being a citizen of a grand city. Commit to the embodiment of safety and you shall be reckoned with as a man of Cordor. None shall stand alone. None shall die without recognition of a truth in the righteousness in their stance in this realm. Help us, and save your families.
*It seems a copy of the old message is placed upon this message as well*
Its come to our attention as it has come to your's that the conquest for our freedom under a tyrant was a fruitless attempt. Let it be reckoned that the current threat, that the Commonwealth must defend against, comes prepared with the finest of armors and darkest magics. This threat is one that doesn't strike against our forged walls, but will rend our innards as a form of entertainment. You must understand that this threat is now widely accepted under the adventuring populace, but no longer will it taint the soil that -you-, the people, are entitled to enjoy with your children, our children. There is a time to strike and defend our beloved lands though. This time comes with an opportunity to become more than what you currently are. This time is certainly the one that shall not be forgotten for an age, and Cordor shall be deemed a respectable power among the lands.
Nobility has fallen with the entrance of the fiends from the hells, as you can clearly note the childish maniacs are holding strong in their favor as we do not likely have the whole of Cordor in our defense as of this moment, but we ask you for the favor. We ask you to realize that you have people within your glorious gates that wish nothing more than death to anything that crosses their path. A demise far worse than anything you'll ever know is what is delivered to anyone that stands against them. Though we speak of horror when it comes in a confrontation against the fiends, we hold dear the congregation of men, woman, and children of Cordor. We ask you to stand up for your land and oust the very fiends that the Cordorian Council has considered. This step cannot be achieved by a mere four men, but by the whole of the people.
The sanctuary has been breached by a filth unknown to the world of men. Nowhere else in the realm has such a phenomena been witnessed, as the ones to witness it, are doomed. Listen to the priests holding their temples of worship secure. Listen to true wisdom as they do not preach standing aside, hand in hand, with a monstrosity from the hells! These are far worse than orcs and goblins. They aren't comparable to such meager creatures of habit, as these beasts see only one thing. One thing to lead many to their deaths, as to lead them to enslavement in their true homes. Their homes won't remain in the hells though. It will engulf our realm as they have decided to subtly strike Cordor alongside the beings that inhabit the under-realm.
The drow have taken the opportunity that the fallen tyrant of Cordor has offered them, and we alert you now, as you've probably seen, his offer for placement within our walls is open. All these damned beasts have to do is achieve a ring from the corrupted dictator of the Eilistraeen encampment that will assign the necessary spies and assassins within -our- borders. The associates of the drow see it necessary to impersonate our men and woman in order to implant a false stance in our position. You cannot stand alone in this battle, and it is striking out children first.
Three nights past this day, I see children armed with weapons fending off a half red dragon man attempting to bestow his views into the young on -equal rights- between the men and the fiends that are damned by the order of the Gods. When the children are taken, we'll lose more admirable men for our defenses. The abominations of this plague cannot be met through chaotic battle in the streets, but one divine word of a united people expressing justice to those who enslave and murder thousands at a time for mere entertainment.
Please do note that the indulgences of these fiends are that of murder and deceit. They won't stop until there is nothing left to kill or destroy. This burden cannot be sown to the backs of a handful of men, but together we may show them what dedication Cordor is made of, and we shall reign supreme over the damned. Voices are needed for this superb objective though. Those voices are to be your's, and we implore you to spread the word among more. We implore you to take some time to talk to others, weather it be small talk in a tavern or with your family over a nice meal of bread.
Remember, brothers and sisters, their fate lies on us, and letting them into our land is an unthinkable act of terror. Don't let this act of the past destroy our future through our children, as that is their goal. Don't stand aside and watch our lands burn. We are civilians just as yourselves, and we've had enough of this insanity. Stand alongside us and aid your city.

Jack stops by his business early one morning and notices the paper on his door-step. He picks it up and heads inside, sitting down at one of the tables to read through the whole thing.
"Absolutely pathetic... Waterdeep had more "Monsters" running around inside and out and no one made as much of a big deal about it as these daft Skullfaces.
Damned good that the Guard is shutting them down..."
Jack crumples up the paper and tosses it over by the front door. He gets up and paces around the room, begining what he came to do.

The notices make their way through the city, circulating as would be expected, though quickly they also reach the lage number of Elves and Dwarves, tradesmen and merchants alike, that form a considerable portion of the city's commonfolk population.
With such a heavy amount of notices, invariably, a few make their way to the Cordorian Guard as well, becoming another city rumour.
The result is an obvious, public outcry against the group. While the city bears some amount of animousity towards the monstrous races - the obvious attempts at inciting hostilities against the very council that has not only helped reign in such unsavoury individuals, but aided the city dramatically as a whole results it nothing shy of a near unanimous hatred for the party delivering these fliers.
