Small pieces of yellowish paper can be found scattered at the southern district.

The fortress of Terror is about to be completed. "Tolerance"
is faulting.The Prince of Lies gathers his followers inside the walls of the city!

Lence spots one of these pieces of paper and reads it, mutters, "I wonder if this is all his doing?" tosses the paper into the sewer and proceeds to the library.

*Cornelis comes across one of the notes, stares at it vague has he lets the line run over a few times in his mind, yawns and carefully removes the note. He then starts to fold a flying shape from it and sets it to fly down the street, grinning*

The sound of heels rings out on pavement, and the slinking shadow of Katsumi makes itself known. She reads one of the battered, wind-blown papers, and it combusts in her hand as she laughs, a husky, throbbing sound.

Mm. Quite the gathering they have. The Black Hand trembles. Truly.

She walks off, knowing she's under at least one Cyricist's watch, laughing softly to herself
