Copies of the following poster were scattered all around Tarkuul, Wiltun, Underport, Kampos, Forest of Despair, Quagmires Swamps, Skull Crags and Zanshibon in a rude and objective spelling, written in red ink:
"The Protectorate of Tarkuul is recruiting. If you wish to dedicate your efforts on defending the Living City and judge yourself brave and capable enough to serve it as a Dark Knight, come to us. Anyone interested must send a letter to commander Boltgard Bonecrasher, or come in person to his office, third floor in the Tower of the Damned. An avaliation will be made and regarding details will be discussed.
