Bad thing... I even wasted a few DC for 1000 gold per DC -.-

I feel like a noob for burning DC for that gold amount and for running around the first weeks and playing with tons of headless people 
First time I ever played online... I so had no clue at all and it took me ages to figure stuff out. >.> Hence why I always try to help new players when I can. I still know very well how clueless I was when I started. _________________

I'd do anything to play amia in the old days. People actually got to hug gods on a regular basis and stuff, it doesn't get much more epic than that...

Reffering to the fact that the greater powers interacted with heroes directly like with equals. Single characters actually got to shape the world and destroy cities on a grand scale.
Also stuff like alien attacks, manifestations of divine power, characters becoming sons of gods of full blooded fiends. Avariel being turned drow by eilistraee, drow becoming a hin... now it's pretty tough to even get wings.

Yes. There's been a purposeful, massive clean-up on the storylines and what's done by DMs to bring the server more together with canon lore, to make it less of a social hangout and a sandbox for DM pets, and more of a serious RP server for everyone.

Indeed. I was around in those days. It was a bit much, for sure. I may sound like an oddity in saying that I like Amia today better than Amia back then. In most respects anyway. Some things were much cooler then, but that has to do with character's and factions, not DM's or rules or anything like that, so I digress. >.>
