FloatingTextStringOnCreature("BlahBlah", GetEnteringObject());

If you only want it to trigger on PCs, and not NPCs and whatnot, add this line first:
if (!GetIsPC(GetEnteringObject())) return;

Just put the script in the OnEnter event on a generic trigger or whatnot..
