I contacted Lord Wiltun recently concerning the same such matter and got a reply from him. I was authorized to craft a map to be placed in the fortress and while before I was undertaking such a task by myself because I was not aware there were others interested, now that I see your notice I saw I was wrong.

If you have no issues with drow, we could work together. I can be found at the house just beside Ralten's Retreat Inn, at Endir's Point.

Knock on my door or send me a letter if you wish to talk about this.

I've been trying without great success at all to get events hosted on B that weren't DM driven. *Shrugs* Also tried to get folks to leave helpful ideas of the areas without listing every monster there. I hope this works out well for you though. If anyone can pull it off, you can!
