Small wooden sharks suspended from wrought iron posts mounted on heavy bases are singularly placed at each location. Each shark holds a chain in its mouth from which a segmented wood backed vellum dangles freely beneath, with the proceeding message.

After yet more time, more ink on the enchanted vellums begins to spring into being and several existing figures change and melt into new ones. The small sharks supporting the scrolls swim in place thrashing their heads back and forth viciously while the process occurs. The carved wooden fish begin to open their eyes to reveal lightly glowing ensorceled glass spheres. After this the small wooden statues return to being dormant, however the soft light proves to illuminate the content beneath even in the dark of night.

The glass eyes of each shark begin to glow brighter than before, each hour on the hour.

The ever present Tauronemhet moves the Djedet display across the river by raft, the ever eager and enthusiatic slave boy Fu'harak attempting to help but generally getting in the way. He places it next to the Banites sales note and then heads back into the town.

Another wrinkling of the vellum's ink and texture, like ripples from a stone tossed into a placid pond. Large amounts of scribed text jumbles about before sorting into new arrangement. The glass eyes of each shark begin to glow brighter than before, in the wake of it.
