(On the signpost in cordor's western outskirts along the pathway, a note is pinned with two opposing ears attached)
To the adventurers, citizens and merchants of Cordor,
The current cordorian council will be overthrown and Richard Johnson released from custody without charge, or more and more people die. No one is safe. Your home is not safe. Travel is not safe. One by one you will die.

*A hin in black robes and hood with a peg-leg sticks a response under one of the articles, sure to remain hidden.*
"Shut up. This is only going to give them ammo to use against the adventuring populatuion and Richard Johnson. You're hurting this more than you're helping it. In fact, your -only- hurting it. Others have tried the same tactic such as yourself. It doesn't work. I repeat, shut up."

Rikkudai reads this sign and shakes his head
"Ive already slain 3 of your black captains... twice, do you need to bring the whole retinue next time?"
He says this out loud and and tears the poster down balling it into a tight wad and tossing it into a receptacle as he walks toward the town.

Vrok walks by, sporting a new helmet, and new armor. Something seems different about him. He walks with an air of intelligence. Of one determined. He sees the poster, and for the first time, is able to read it in full. He adds a note.
BLACK does not deal in terrorism. Richard Johnson is innocent. Cordor must be held accountable for this crime. Do not harm its citizens. They do not know of the corruption.
The signature below is a large letter V

A note is left under the message. It is written in some sort of red "ink" in bold dripping letters:
Harm any innocent and you will all suffer...

Estreia reads this little notice one of the times she passes by. She snorts. Of course, that moron's friends were trying to bail him out in any way they could--by killing more people. The last time she saw this, she was a trusted member of the Banite church.
But, she digresses, and leaves a little note.
Dearest idiot who has written the above notice.
Do not think for a moment that you are any safer then those you threaten. Whether it be me, or someone else that discovers you and reveals how absolutely pitiful you are, I cannot say.
What I can say is that I will enjoy watching you die when that day comes. Sleep in fear--the shadows shall always reveal the fools.
There is no signature, but underneath her note is a large mark--a black palm print, impressed into the object with obvious force.

For once it seems that Eir ignores the opportunity to mock a villain. After having read of the warning, he merely laughs and walks on into Cordor.

The citizens of the Commonwealth also do not seem prepared to mock the man or men threatening to murder them. The following day, the marketplace is a little emptier, and a sneak thieves find that a lot more doors and windows are locked.

A notice is placed up, confidently, by Lieutenant Tarvencia.
"Dear BLACK members,
You should know that your time is running out here and I- as the rest of the Guard- do not respond well to threats, even by people as incompetant as yourselves. If you wish to continue with these threats, know that you're personally challenging a lioness who will defend her pride and you will be given no mercy. I hope you appreciate the gift of a fantastic policy passed in your honor. It's abbreviated KoS.
Sincerely,
Lieutenant Tarvencia."
At the bottom, the symbol of a lion's head is imprinted.

"Well thats just dandy," Weston mutters in a very flat tone passing the sign en-route to Cordor. "They have a man able to defy the power of a God's storm in Cordor, and they think a mutiny will just overthrow the people?"
He walks along the streets for a while being even curious how the people are hiding away, not that his expression would show it. "Thats all it took to drive away the commonwealth moral? After all the show against the Thayvians who could make the same move, that's it? Run and hide?" Weston's lips upturn softly as his thoughts trickle along a dangerous road. "I suppose there is one whom BLACK would do a favor to target. I doubt the spine remains with many to do the deed now." He passes and looks up towards the ordinary sky with searching eyes while waiting on a vessle to Wiltun to arrive. "Forgive me Salandra, but if the chance arises, for the better of hundreds...I must."
The wood and stone of Cordor fades from view before Weston's eyes once aboard the vessle. "Perhaps it can be opportinity though. If the adventuring populace backs up the city once more." He stumbles forgetting his sea legs so wrapped up in thoughts and realizes it is best he find himself space to sit down for the ride. And as he turns his back to the direction of the commonwealth, he finds a cold tingling sensation grips him.

Vrok again adds a note
Miss Tarvencia and all concerned parties,
BLACK does not, by any means, condone the actions taken by this vigilante.
We do, however, believe Richard to be innocent, and that the trial was rigged. We believe a fairer trial could be found outside of Cordor's walls.
I must stress that BLACK is not a terrorist organization, and I urge everyone to do their research before making false assumptions.
Thank you,
V

Unen would eye the notice left by Nev with a grin and add to her notice, with very small text: "A lioness defending her pride? What a cute metaphor!"
Below that, he would have doodled a little smiley face.

Quinkle wanders past but stops when he notices the small pile of notes, one upon the other .. he looks around confused and sniffs the pile.
Grinning at all the new scents he starts chewing on something very very dead and once rather furry .. now rather old and manky looking .. whilst he holds up notes at random and attempts to read them.
After awhile he gives up and wanders off leaving bloody paw prints over the notes

A mustached bard (Andrew) rubs a little coal over Unen's message, careful not to obscure the guardswoman's work.
