The Letter of Introduction would detail a brief history of Tarkuul, as well as the Speakers own accomplishments in Necromancy and beyond, while the actual letter reads the following, in non-descript yet clearly legible calligraphy*

Greetings Zulkir Szass Tam,

Your fame and reputation reach e'en these Isle of Amia. It is near these Isles that mineself writes thee. Mineself hopes this letter finds thee well, and thy power increasing.

Mineself hath also succeeded in the Ritual of Endless night, due in no small part to the numerous tomes and papers mineself hath accumulated from thy own research. Thou accomplishments in our Arts are too numerous to list here, but know mineself knows of these, and gives thee the respect thou art due for the fascinating research thou hath performed, and are still performing.

To get directly to the reason for mine communication to thee, mineself hath recently been approached by one Tharchion Valkin Mulgin who had wished to establish Official Trade and an Enclave on the sands of our City. We are honoured to have such a high ranking official as a Tharchion visiting us from your Majestic Empire.

The adeptus Valkin Mulgin wrongfully lays claim to the title of Tharchion, believing that Amia is remote enough that we would not hear of it. The adeptus Valkin Mulgin acts in no official diplomatic capacity of the Thayvian Magocracy, with no authority to negotiate matters of trade. Tarkuul sounds an intriguing locale, however, and you are welcome to house this fledgling enclave at your desire.
