Avadon is seen nailing these to notice boards outside of the walls at each gate entrance as well as the door next to the portal to Ne'sek. At the bottom of each of these posters is the seal of the Wiltun Jarldom Dynasty.

To the Red Wizards,

I was very clear. I was very specific in my words. I do not tolerate being ignored especially mere hours after the words were uttered. I told two of your order that any and all arguments and violent acts are to be kept outside of his Sovereignty's walls. There are no exceptions. There are no excuses. If you cannot keep your offensive magics or your blades to yourself and compose yourselves in a dignified manner within my Lord's domain then STAY OUT.

I know two of the three wizards which were involved in this incident and I know their names. A formal apology is expected to be addressed to Lord Wiltun for this grievance upon his lands as well as an explanation from those involved.

There was no official decree on dealing with your Cabal as such there was nothing barring you and your people from breathing Wiltun air and stepping upon Wiltun soil. By your own actions of ignorance in disobeying the ONE law which we command of any that enter our walls this policy may change. That is for his Lordship to decide.

Rikkudai reads this notice on a trip to the fort for supplies, he reads it outloud and nods.

"Well done sir"

And he trudges off, Khan no longer at his heals, but breathing over his shoulder.

I'll have you know that we where only trying to leave with our friend so he could be healed when I was brutally attacked by a skull faced man and 10 of your guards without any justification what so ever, luckily my Friends where able to get away do to my sacrifice.

*if removed, a copy of the note replaces it soon after and another is added in the market*

The note left by the pixie is not taken down, rather it is covered by another notice.

Does this happen to be the same man that you told me you had nothing to do with? The same man that I asked you about? The same man that was causing a disturbance outside and within these walls? If that is the same man, the one I could have helped return to you without incident when asked, then it is your fault.

These skilled and honorable men are asked to keep out of the affairs and petty squabbles of adventurers. The moment there is violence they WILL stop all parties involved whether they caused the fight or are merely taking part.

It is indeed sad to see this strange series of events unfold, but know this. It was AVOIDABLE. You had a chance to tell the truth when asked. You didn't.

As you were the only KNOWN party involved, your apology would not only be greatly appreciated but would be seen as an act of dignity and grace. Think on that.

I merely said I was not with him, I did not say I was "not associated with him", Besides your description matched every wizard for forty leagues! I was not lying, you where withholding information because you hate us and wished for a reason to bar us from your lands!

Far from the truth. I neither hate you nor wish harm to come to you as so many do. My one and only wish is that you abide by my Lord's laws and act in a manner that does not make your banishment necesarry. Though your words as well as your actions are beginning to warrant it.

As such I will assume that you are not high up in the food chain of your Cabal and wait for a fitting representative of your group to make a statement.

Don't take me for a fool either. You knew damn well who I was referring to and you clearly lied about being alone. Save yourself the embarrassment and leave your deceit for others. Your ink is wasted on convincing me otherwise.

The one whom attacked you was already made note of by the guard. All guards were soon informed, following yours and his escape, to keep the trouble maker out.
