Eldainia,

I was viciously attacked by an elf near the crystal a few hours after you left. It came just after Reh'cra went back to the Shrine, and I was left alone.

The elf was black haired, pale skinned, and wore robes of gold and red. She was a sorcerer, no doubt about that. She demanded to see my insignia, then attacked me when I tried to walk away under sanctuary. I only fought back when she summoned a mechanical monster and turned hostile. She got me just after I had finished driving away several of those wolves.

This reminds me of that young druid who was under your tutelage, the one who apologised to me later.

This violence won't be tolerated. The pathetic young elves who know so little are really quite sad. I will see you on the morrow. I've been living in the Forest for so long now, this is ridiculous.

N'aer raised an eyebrow as she saw the letter, and then wrote something before tucking it there next to it, nicely folded up.

"Might be a better idea to send this directly to the person next time. Would ensure that unintended readers don't get to see it, though I don't know if this is supposed to be private or not.

*inclines her head as she touches the missive and then takes it down to tuck into her bag. She'd made a sound while reading it of one that was not entirely certain of what to do with what they had read though she turned to continue the nightly patrols with a tired sigh*

~Scaled ones, Kindred, shade children, summoned rats, plague, felling wolves, sickened Duir and Father alone knows what else will come to this forest. This one is not certain of what this journey is to teach since there seems so much being learned.~

There have been several fights between drow and elves recently around the Forest. None of the drow are Lolthlites. All of the elves are silly Winyans.

There have been many deaths. I myself have seen the aftermaths of several, and participated in a few.

This is getting out of hand.

I don't think there is much Eldainia or anyone in fact, can do. The best you can do is try to avoid it. Winya came to an agreement as far as I know, that they would not hunt the dark ones in the forest anymore. That is all I know.

*attempts to make out Lethia's note with his limited understanding of Sylvan. After a while he gives up and writes below*

The names of any who take the offensive would be helpful.

*ignores the sylvan's note, but replies to the unknown 2nd author*

The ones I have fought refused to give their names. They instead made demands or threats. No Elders of the Grove have been seen for quite some time, and none have taken responsibility for the destruction and death that has occurred so far.

After Eldainia and the Warders leave the Forest, surely all is lost, and I shall leave the home I have made here as well.
