A Help wanted sign is posted on the Singing Sun Tavern at Ceyren's Mill.

Some locals can be seen outside reading the sign, some going in to try and get the job.

Johanna Hardingdale, while leaning against a nearby tree, watches the locals massing by the tavern. Her curiosity pulls her over to the entrance where she manages to read the sign. Nodding with a smile the Harlequin walks back to her leaning post tree to observe each prospective employee enter the pub.

A letter is dropped off in the Singing Sun tavern the following day.

It reads:

"Dear new pub landlords,

I am Johanna Hardingdale, a local of Ceyren's Mill, and congratulate you on your joint running of the fine drinking establishment that is the Singing Sun.

You are most likely unaware but I put on weekly open-stage shows over on Amia island and would like to put shows on much closer. If you would allow it, may I put shows on at the Singing Sun?

If you would like to meet up to speak more on this, you may simply knock on the door of Harlequin hall across the bridge, or leave a letter if nobody is in.

All the best,

Johanna Hardingdale, Harlequin of Brandobaris.
"

The letter ends with a doodle of a theatrical mask.

Savrianna, who has been spending more time at the Singing Sun over the last couple days likely receives the letter. She shares it first with William, then shows it to Narani at the first opportunity.

Seeing the note, Narani seems to nod to herself, a smile finding her lips. As she spends quite a lot of time around the establishment as well, she seems quite eager to get things started, though she does spend a lot of time writing letters.

The sign is still in place outside the small tavern, suggesting there are more spots to still be filled.

Savrianna was apparently taking a break for a while, and when she returns to the Singing Sun she reviews the mail received, including Kilinus', before sharing it with her coworker and boss.

Mr Starfield looks over the letters with the girls, beaming at the idea of live bardic music played at the tavern.

*A little old Gnome wanders into the outpost one cool morning. Initially, she seems suprised to find a settlement so far from the beaten path, so she decides to spend a few minutes speaking with the guardsman at the gate, who explains a little about the place. She wanders around the small town for the next few hours, trying (and failing) to peek thru the Mill's windows to see what the wheel powers, visiting the Gondar chapel, and generally enjoying the quaint environment while trying to get a feel for what sort of people the locals are ((PM please DM? Quaint farmers?)). Eventually she settles in the Inn, where she is pleasantly suprised to find another Gnome working in a Fletcher's store. After introducing herself to the stylish young lady, she finds the work advertisement. Disappearing back into the chapel for a spell, she takes a moment to contemplate amongst Brother Quin's busy workings, before emerging again carrying a small note....

Quote:
Jerlanna Moonfoot, Proprietor & Head Chef, Moonfoot's Traditional Gnomish Cuisine, Willing to discuss working the kitchen on part time basis.

She leaves it on the bar, with the address of her home office in Howness is written underneath. A sample of her work - A Traditional Gnomish style Turnip stuffed with molten cheese, is given to the young gnome in the fletchers as both a gift and a reference, while a selection of Salad recipes, carefully chosen so that they wouldn't go cold in the time between the note being left and the note being read, are left with the note, behind the bar*
