I just loved those big, round, watery eyes looking up at Scar when he says "What will your mother say?"
Still, Land Before Time was sadder than Bambi's mother dying.

I agree. I am very emotional, but some movies make me cry ~a lot~.
Anyway, just to turn this post into something on topic.. (>.>) ..yes, apparently, I had no more lag issues.
Probably something on my end.

You know whats even sadder?
ALL THE DINOSAURS DYING IN CATASTROPHIC APOCALYPTIC METEORIC EVENT!
Bewm.
Thats what you get in being in The Land BEFORE time. You should have gotten with the times. Now i'll just use your liquified remains to make asphalt.. and then make it into rubbery things to ride on the asphalt, and then use them to power the thing that makes the rubbery things move. And then mold it into fancy food containers too.
Its okay, the dino-wrappers will have the last laugh. They're gonna give us all cancer.
Then all that will be left of us will be the texas-sized patch of plastic floating in the ocean. It will be called Plastonia, and a new breed of super-plastoid dinos will evolve, and take over the galaxy.

All that one can ask of a disaster is that it doesn't strike one's own species. If the dinosaurs hadn't been completely obliterated, we wouldn't be here. Although it does carry a certain irony - it was a major natural catastrophe (the Permian Extinction) that opened up the ecological niche the dinosaurs filled, and a somewhat smaller one (said meteor) that closed the niche.
Also - for the hak, can we get female models for the monster races PCs can play?

How linked to the genetic programation of survival of the species we are. I'd actually love it if human extinction happened somehow during my lifetime, it would be grand to be there to see the end of it all.
Hm, as for the hak, I think Disco already picked out all of the nice/functional skins out there, sadly. I was hoping for more good-aligned summonable ones myself, and those flying books really spark up funny ideas.

And if it's caused by man, I wish immortality on the bastard that causes it. I can't think of a more fitting punishment than that.

Dinosaurs are not a species, infidels. It's a superorder, and that has about the same relation to a species as "vehicle" has to "blue Audi RS6 with spoilers".
Not all dinosaur species disappeared when the big bad meteor blew a hole in Mexico. The overwhelming majority of dinosaur species was already extinct, just like the most mammal species are already extinct (and humanoid species, for that matter).
Hrghhhh.

*Coughhack as he ruins the dinosaur lesson 101 moment as he typed.*
Downloaded haks, updated them, now I can't play on Sarnor'Zotreth anymore. The first moments that looked rather odd was when I was about to enter Ultrinnan via the entry from Hollow Caverns, when I wasn't able to enter since there was no blue spot or even a big thing that highlights when you move your cursor over it.
Ma little story:
I re-logged to see if that worked (this was all before I got the haks), but all I got again was the sign beside the entrance to Ultrinnan going missing as well, so I updated, next thing you know after a few painful (cries) moments of downloading, the hak is successfully installed, woohoo! But now I can't play on Sarnor'Zotreth again because the game keeps crashing every time I do so. Guess I should either keep this here where the 'hak' section is, or just ram it into Improving Amia. Either that or just stop playing Sarnor altogether. >.> I don't have this problem with Barra as far as I've seen, so it's probably not effecting other characters, but just Sarnor. *Sniffles, staring at the poor trapped little ECL 24 Drowsie Fighter/WM that isn't shockingly a powerbuild.*
Meh.

Still no workies, unfortunately. 3: I'll have to see how this goes when the server resets, hopefully that hit something better.
EDIT: There we go! Reset got him working again, cheers for trying anyway. ^.^ It's probably just a brief bug to let the haks kick in, or something. >.> No idea, either that or was just internet connection issues, bleh. Although I may have to wait for it to kick in with the Bmia server, too. >.>

Disco, it never happened to me before the HAK, but yesterday, when I was on a Spire run, my computer crashed twice in a row: once by the portal to the royals' room (when I was resting) and the other in the area of the mines, during a battle.
When I get home from work today (within some 6, 7 hours), I will check again because I think it was a coincidence, after all, nothing was changed there that I know of.
But I will come back here if it crashes again.

Yes, sorry, Disco.
I was meant to do that yesterday. Give me a few more hours and I will do it today and post if it happens again.
EDIT: Done and tested. It did not crash again. Stupid computer was probably doing something in the background when it crashed.
