*The following notes are found in numerous taverns, shops and posted onto various notice boards throughout the main island.*

"This day of horrors, the humble servants of the Black Hand faced an uncanny and vicious foe.

During peaceful recreational activities near the Bendir Dale graveyard, the Bendir Militia, lead by General-Mayor Nof, made a sudden appearance.

As an act of chaos and deceit, the armed forced suddenly, maliciously and violently attacked the unarmed servants of the Black Hand, who were taken by surprise.

Yet worry not... for it did not take long, before the tides of battle were turned.

General-Mayor Nof was slain by a final blow of mine, Lord Darthion Illys', sword, and the other militant forces were soon thereafter crumbled and crushed by the combined efforts of the faithful of the Church of Bane.

This serves as yet another disappointing, although necessary display of the Black Hand's might, and His intolerance towards those who would directly oppose Bane or His loyal followers.

We are the most powerful entity on the Amian islands, and will never stand down against those who spread chaos and evil.

The wicked and evil actions of the Bendir Dale militia this day, are a disappointment to the loyal servants of the True God, the Lord of Darkness.

As a result of those actions, General-Mayor Nof together with his soldiers have faced the most dire of all consequences: Death.

There is no denying the true might of the Black Hand.

*in passing one of these notes in Benwick Hollow, Vrok takes a gander at it, and scoffs*

Sooner or later, Amia will come down on them like a ton of bricks... They're getting way too overconfident.

*Vrok gets an idea all of a sudden, and makes a rough note in the new journal he's been carrying around*

Alavaria sees the notice and the fey sighs slightly. "Reeeally need to find this Bane guy and slap him silly..."

*Mia Niaconda sees the notice and sighs*

And they call paladins evil, they curse at us for fighting the fight noone else wants too, they ignore the darkness around them and they blame us for when the darkness comes to thier doors...

*Writes below his post*

Although I too am a Purple Dragon Knight, I claim no kinship to the suicidal Mia above me. I feel though due to her horrid grammar and obvious disrespect to the Morninglord , by not capitalizing his name you take her in the place of all of us who are Purple Dragon Knights.

Furthermore, just between us men, can we do that elven-hunt thing again? You've no clue how much sweet elven tail I scored because of that.

Having absolutely nothing to do with Bendir Dale, nor by chance wandering there on one of his casual shopping trips that never happen, or even hearing about the defeat of the Daleshin on the grapevine, Tauronemhet does nothing and continues on with his life.

On many of these notes, pictures are scribbled of a very fat individual in dark armor falling on and apparently crushing several hin underneath him by his sheer mass, less anyone be confused who the image represents, scribbled next to the image is the following. Anyone who sees anything of the person putting up the notes can only report a tall man in steel plate armor and a helm scribbling them on with a derisive snort and leaving shortly after.

Lord Lardton Jigglys, Dread Bumbler of Bane

Along with this is another note:

Beware oh people of Amia, or you might be the next to feel the crushing weight of the dread posterior of Banes Bumbler upon you!

The notes themselves are unsigned.

Ki'ras comes upon one of these posts and he chuckles, but has a concerned look

"I don't like the looks 'o this... Any'one o' these banites comes near me family, we's gonna 'ave some trouble..."

He sighs and continues on, carrying a bag of weapons and a forging hammer and tongs in his other hand

Katsumi, exhausted from the battle and the dealings of the Illithids after, pins up her own note.

"We may have lost the fight, but you lost your house.
Score one for the good-ish guys."

*a Hin in bendir dale militia uniform can be seen attaching a note to the bottom of some of these notices*

Do not forget to add that you were band from bendir dale before your people were found in the dale harrssing travelers. Or how you tryd to turn general mayor noff into an undead and were then defeaded by forces in underport where you had the mayor and 12 other dead hin catured.

*the symbol of yandalla and the bendir dale militia is added to these notes and the hin walks off chuckling*

Madrik ventures out to the island to walk the safe roads as he recovers. Coming up on a post, he reads the title and the first two sentences. He tears down the poster, weary of the same tired banter.

"Bane? there is a church here? huh, haven't seen anyone yet. I should say hello once I meet them. for old times sake."
*grinningly walks away*

Any posters that make their way to Bendir lands are, of course, perforcely destroyed in different ways. And any of the notes added regarding the Bendir Dale militia ((by "a normal person")) are removed if seen, as well.

A human female in dark monk robes sees these notices passed around in different Amian cities. She appears to be taking notes at different times before taking her leave once more.

*Calin looks at the note and his frown deepens, he punches a gauntleted fist against the wall next to the poster and storms off towards Bendir.*

In one of the many unspecified places this poster is tacked up... Oh, let's say Kampo's. It's a good place to watch wrestling roosters and get your hair done. In fact, this one-eyed sailor man had just got through touching up his roots when he spied this notice. Naturally, he disagreed with such blatant iron-handery, and proceeded to express himself in a way unmistakable to any who should see.

Yes, he drew a mustache and goatee on the big iron hand.

Josalynn can be seen and heard singing a song at each place she sees a poster hung. A song she wrote especially for Banites. A song she hopes and feels will make people .... including Banites think. The name of this song she sings is "Lose Bane"

Weston is so amused by this poster when he finds it that he takes it down as carefully as he can and folds twice to keep in his belongings. He was glad to get a grin for the day and figured nobody would mind if he took the keepsake...

In his wanderings on the surface Vlos sees one of the postings reads it and laughs deeply. "The fat orc is trying to strike fear into the weak." The laugh becomes louder. "When he can strike fear into the lizards that inhabit the lands he calls himself lord of maybe the rest of the surface will follow suit." He shakes his head and walks away.
