Is it possible to have something similar for PMs?

I saved all PMs I wanted to save and deleted all the rest, but before manually backing them up, I am hoping there is an easier way to do that.

Need to have a look at the way PM's are stored, but I guess it's possible.

Does it means I should save the portraits and small character description and all my characters journals?

Anything you posted or otherwise feel should be saved.

Based on our experiments with the forums, topics should migrate top hpBB3 well. But I still advise to take backups, just in case.

Will it still keep this appearance scheme? I rather like the black background and the pictures behind the side- and topbars.

phpBB3 doesn't support moving the current style over, since styles are built differently in it. We're going for a style with something old and something new.

I vote keeping it dark as well. Bright white is killer to the vision.

I added new paypal buttons. It's a bit clunky now,. we'll make a nice page for it later. Should work as before, but now go to Nekhy's illegal Swiss bank account instead of Magnumman.

That's what it was! Thank you Disco ... that blank space up the top had been bothering me, but I couldn't remember what had gone there.

IMO that looks awful, the grey not having very good contrast on the white, and the portraits being on the right is a nuisance (it means that if the page is stretched you won't be able to see who posted).

Well, I'm just saying it's not as bad as some people might think. Personally I think the difference between forum icons for new/no new posts is awfully small. As for the avatars, you either get used to it or customize it.

It doesn't work as a simple copypaste for styles. But what Disco has made looks very nice so far. We'll post a screeny of the current result later today!

I bet the background is a Disco Dancing Chicken.

Have a look. I just paid attention to the images so far, the font colours and layout still need work. Guess I'll try my hand on some custom 'read it/didn't read it' icons.

Are we keeping the white on black text? That has been an absolute lifesaver for me. (dyslexic)

EDIT: I was in before the link, so I guess not... :/

Have you done the colour-blind test for those colours? That blue on yellow looks rather painful to mine eyes, to be honest.

I would have to see a post of what it will look like in-topic with paragraphs, but to me it just looks like it will be very difficult to read (which is one of the good things about Amia ... black background with white text is a nice contrast with minimal light shining directly into your eyes).

Light color on a dark surface is a safe bet.

The Blue text is difficult to read over the jpg backround.

The other stuff? 100% Awesome McCluck.
