A letter is left for Mayor Johanna:
"Dearest Mayor,
It has come to my attention that you mean to install a Mythal Forge during your reconstruction activities. This comes as a great interest because I have been wondering if there were any more Great Mythals around for doing such a thing. If you wouldn't mind meeting with me, I would like to discuss how you came into the possession of a Great Mythal, the necessary component of creating a Mythal Forge.
With respect and well wishes,
Marister Hull, Mystra's Monolith"

// OMG guys, I'm so so so sorry. RL is a pain. I just got home and it's 6am! I hope things happened regardless. I can't express how annoyed I am at missing this. I need sleep. Things are weird here at the moment so I don't know if I'll be available for the next few days. I hope people had a jolly good time, anyway. I'm dreadfully sorry.

Hey guys, as the Designer that is working on the changes, I do need to try and put an overlap of what is/can be approved, what still needs an "okay" etc. For the Fools Rush Inn, GothicSauce, you'll need to work with DMs on this one to get approval, and if approved, for costs in gold and materials, etc. I know there is a player run tavern in Caraigh, but it did have to be approved, etc., so my advice is start on your PMs and whatever else they need to see from you before it can be considered. The other items that will need DM approval/contribution is for the reopening of the underground lake/cavern and a mythal forge. Hin who want to work on this, get to PMing as well, see if it's approved, and hopefully someone will be interested in running events for it if it is approved. Things like aesthetic uniform changes (without stat changes), renaming and moving Nof, I can do easily (I realized just now I need some Bendir interior files to do that-- I'll post up about it). While I am reading these threads and trying to stay up with what people are thinking/wanting/player input, please keep in mind I have to keep these changes sane, IC, and still manage to keep the feel of the place that the Devs have in mind, so I am paying attention to these, but not everything here is necessarily going to happen. I'm not trying to wet-blanket the input or creativity of this process, I'm just trying to rein it in to what is able to happen here in an approved sense and give you direction for the things you want to see accomplished in game. Feel free to PM me or MSN me (I can give you my MSN via PM if you don't have it) and we can discuss it more or hopefully I can answer questions there. Also Bobo is DM point of contact for Bendir, FYI, but he is not the only one who has input on it, so I think he's trying to let you guys know that in his very nice way

A note about keeping up with things, as I've marked at the very top, the bullet points in the top post are all DM approved and can be worked on already.
As for the cave, I'm not sure what's been happening before Johanna become mayor. But what I've found from the RP with the Brogendenstein dwarves is that they've been doing work on it already.
In fact, there've been dwarves there this whole time, I've recently discovered. And as the mayor was DM controlled during their initial stages, I'd be inclined to say that it must have been DM approved already. But that may need clarification from Bobo or whatever DM has been involved.
I should add at the top stuff about the digging work that some have been doing, and a lot of it.
Are we doing this in stages to show gradual progression?

While the realism of construction placeables is nice, my time is limited and I didn't want to have to make several versions of the thing. That said, I'll see what I can do.

"After the festival, Oscuron awaited word from Lyle in relation to the construction project. He did not hear anything from him or the Mayor about any work that he had been assigned for, so he thought they had all the manpower they needed. He felt a little ignored and left out the day of the festival, so he decided to take a business-trip to Waterdeep for a couple of weeks to deliver some goods, meet some friends and do some work over there. He left the next morning without telling anyone.."

Okay, you're the designer. Whatever's easiest for you, really. So... if we're going to wait till all the work is done, there's a lot that hasn't been covered yet. So, then, what I'd ask from the DMs is what's approved? Here's the IC list of what Prim, Lyle, Nina and Johanna walked through. Just the exterior ones. Overview [A] Town Hall becomes a Community Hall and is moving to the North [B] Main BD Road and a Nice Central Bridge to hold us together [C] Convert to land [D] Block the North West passage to the Mylocks with a small lake [E] Low traffic zone [F] Use up the West Bridge to build the Central Bridge [G] Extend BD wall to the cliff [H] Farming zone [I] Trees planted along the cliff face [J] Watchtower with slingers and a telescope [K] BD Fountain of Glory [L] Inter-faith temple [M] Make good use of the cave [N] Salvage East Bridge-Gate for materials [O] Divert East Road to connect to the Main BD Road with The Regular Militia welcoming folks
Which ones are approved?

For the market, I'm thinking a caravan ring would be most suitable. Kinda bustling area for halflers to park up temporarily and welcoming others to set up stall. Here's a typical Halfling town with a caravan ring: (From Races of the Wild. Link for more details in the lore thread)

This is extra fluff that can easily be trimmed. Thanks for the Info though.

*A notice is left in Bendir Dale for Malandria, arch Druidess of the Amia Forest. A gold symbol of a three tongue flame is stamped onto the bottem of the page. It reads:*
To the Arch Druidess of the Amia Forest,
I, of the newly establishing Red Wizard Enclave of Amia, request an opportunity to show our innocence and our intention to do the forest no harm. We request also, in time, that the ban against Red Wizards, at least as it pertains to our Enclave, be lifted. Our entire staff is brand new. We harbor no members any of the previous enclaves, or of the renegade group known infamously as the Crimson Arcansists. We are a new Enclave with new goals. We wish to earn a reputation for our own actions and policies and not be simply judged by our predecessors. Naturally this is something that takes time and effort.
I beseech you to at least consider this opportunity. I am willing to allow a full inspection of our base as well as all of our individual members for the re-animation of the dead, summoning of extraplanar evil, and other ill-practices of which our predecessors are known for. -We-, by the Fire Lord, have nothing to hide.
-Respectfully yours, Arzira Phetoril, Khazark and servant of the ever burning flame.

*A duplicate note is placed beneath the original*
"I went ahead and put up a nice translation for those who don't speak fullofit."
To the Arch Druidess of the Amia Forest,
I, of the newly established Red Wizard Cult of Amia, request an opportunity to attempt to lie blatantly to your faces and feign innocence so that we can cause harm to the forest. We request also, in time, that our cult be unbanned from the forest so that we can proceed to harm it and its inhabitants without being hindered by your guardians. Our entire staff is exactly the same as it used to be. We harbor only the most underhanded and destructive of any of the previous enclaves after our masquerade as the "Crimson Arcanists" failed. We are the same old enclave with mildly updated goals which ultimately lead to the same end. We wish to put up a feeble facade that we're actually good people while "secretly" continuing to do what we've always done and plot for world domination. Naturally this is something that takes time and effort.
I beseech you to at least consider this obvious ploy. I am willing to allow a "full" inspection of our base which we've obviously planned and rehearsed for to further our ploy, as well as any of our members who can't summon undead while conveniently not including those who can. -We-, masquerading as humble Kossuthians, have everything to hide, but don't want you to know that.
-Disrespectfully yours as I insult your intelligence, Arzira Phetoril, Liar and spreader of malicious and false rumors for the purpose of defacing political figures.
*The note is written to copy the handwriting of the original, and the identity of whoever posted it is anyone's guess*

Eventually, Arzira comes around to viewing the notice board and recognizes the extra note.
She stares at it for a few seconds, her stoic expression not betraying a single emotion.
She then simply turns and walks away, leaving the duplicate unharassed.

Report to Bendir Authorities:
In the northern section of the Forest, I found a hooded man accosting an Elven male and it was made clear rather quickly he wished to engage the Elf.
I requested he not do so and he asked if he could do one thing, then casting augmentations and a hand which knocked me down, running off. The Elven man ran into the forest in pursuit as well I joined alongside others once I was able. Ultimately this aggressor was found in Bendir Lands outside the settlement. Once more, he was confronted to cease his flight and he knocked me down with a hand spell and continued, where others subdued him, specifically a female archer who's name I did not obtain.
On his person amongst Arcane runes, scrolls and similar, I found papers of a Citizenship to Cordor. The man wore red and black, and his papers included the name Azrael Nefzen, profession: Arcanist. He had red hair and horns.
Azrael was taken to the Salandrans for his injuries by Keiloria Stormblade and left with a priest to be cared for, and the Elf whom was being accosted by him was named N'laim of the Grove.
N'laim explained this individual has prior grievance with him, likely what was prompting the confrontation I had found.
I take full responsibility for this incident, and until such time as I am advised if there is any fine for bringing a conflict onto Bendir lands, I will remain in the Hinn Inn.

A note is left by a very tall female Triadic Knight.
Lyle,
I was advised by Nina Thorrow that you are in charge of reconstruction efforts in this town in it's northern portion, and you are in need of building materials and other assistance.
I am a skilled stonemason with access to a more then reasonable supply of Granite I can donate to the Dale, if you would be advise specifically how much is required.
I can be reached in Kohlingen, at the Keep if you have any further questions.

*A note in the Kitchen*
Dear Sisters and Brothers...a gathering is needed.
Please attend a night by the fire...for storys, fun, and festivity. Bring a friend or folk what may share our ways. Or come alone if you may.
Bring a tale to share..true or not!
We will meet in a location faire...one that may B somewhere no way near, or wit no way in. There ter learn 'bout a destination for fun for which clues will lead...for a destination is not just a place, but the road as it leads. For tis the journey, an not the end, that leads ter a tale werth tellin.
*a large purple feather is stuck to the paper*
//I would like to gather this weekend...check and see if you have time.

Meet me in the forest at your convenience then. If you don't happen to run into me there, let one of the Grove Guards pass on a message to me with a time you'd like to meet.
