I have a an inquiry on this topic. I was wonder if somone who either knows about this or is a DM could answer. I know that the demon lords and arch-devils can grant spells but what I want to know is if Baphomet can grant nature based spells. Being the demon lord of beasts seems logical. The wiki spoke of cults of rangers following him but the wiki is somtimes incorrect. Just want an answer on this please don't turn it into a random discussion about somthing completely unrelated

Wiki like for Baphomet http://amiawiki.shatuga.com/index.php/Baphomet

I don't think he can, he is a demon of sorts after all, and doesn't support nature, the available domains he can grant are
Animal, Chaos, Evil, Hatred, Retribution, Strength, War
the animal domain is the only one granting some "naturish" stuff, but I think it is meant to be more of a "demon beast" type.

Rangers don't matter, Druids do. It's fine.

As tormy said; Rangers do not need nature patrons.

It's weird, yeah... but Rangers aren't exactly detailed as well as Druids are as to how they're to be limited to certain gods -- if that was ever really the intent to begin with. And so on Amia the DM's decide any gods can grant them spells and so that's how it goes.

He means a Ranger can have any Deity. It doesn't have to be a nature one.
