The Numbered Time Picker Helper

am - 00:00; 12:00 - midnight
pm - 12:00; 12:00 - midday

When trying to set times to meet with multiple people in game:
1. Copy this
Code:
12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11=12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11
remembering that the first 12 (00:00) is midnight.
2. Use a color to mark your availability hours.
Ex: 12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11=12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11 (Coo coo's times)

3. The next person has to copy and paste/replicate the previous person's hour sheet, then add his own on the next row. This will create a reasonable graphic view of overlap.
Ex:
12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11=12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11 (Coo coo's times)
12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11=12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11 (Beebee's times)
12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11=12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11 (Kee Choo's times)
12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11=12=1=2=3=4=5=6=7=8=9=10=11 (Ra Haa's times)

Of course all of your times have to be in GMT! :mrgreen:

P. S. And I know the last person only sleeps 6 hours and lives in front of the PC, I believe they may exist as a species.

Verrrrry nice.
I will use this in my future attempts to hold large/Small scale meetings.

Why?
Because Coloured pictures are, scientifically, proven to make it easier for people to understand.

The last time I wanted to make an excel spreadsheet for this, then I realised some people just won't give you GMT.
I guess you need to make it font 200 and flashing green and red.

Thats nice but some external site or application that manages meetings would be helpful, instead of all the // posts in IC topics, they annoy me. Maybe a subforum just for OOC meetings? Yes I know DMs have to watch enough subforums already and it isn't suited for secret meetings.

Doodle works great for this, after you spend 10 minutes understanding how to set up a meeting.

For participants it's even easier : click the link, select your city/timezone & refresh, type your name and say Yes / No / Maybe...
It's free and no need to register.
