Mine? Boring. It's the name of a character I've had for 14+ years.... and my oldest NWN character, Ramika.

Name started out as just 'Mika', but I didn't like it being so short, so I started shoving random letters in front of it. Ended up with 'Ra'. Thus, Ramika.

Only later did I find out that Ramika was a Vampire D character.

Well, let's see......

When I was in high school, my g/f at the time started calling me her "Blue-eyed Angel", due to my propensity to be slightly over-protective of those I care about and the fact that I have a set of sparkling baby-blues.

Fast-forward a few years.

I began to get interested in graffiti and needed a good tag name. My friends who were already pretty experienced taggers all had common tag names that were spelled phonetically. Thus, Ainjyll was born. It's a phonetic spelling of Angel and has never, I repeat never, been taken anywhere I've come across on the internet.

Fyrainjyll came about because when I first started playing NWN I used Ainjyll as my login. I had a HD fry on my comp and I couldn't remember my password when I finally got it fixed. So, I added fyr to the front as a phonetic spelling of "fire" which comes from my being a fire sign in the zodiac (Sagittarius, to be exact). Thus, "Fire Angel" was born.

I am fairly confident Hans Blix has yet to be consumed by sharks in Kim Jong Il's palace.

My forum name was a DnD character name I came up with for an E-V-I-L character. He spent his career as a pirate, assassin, and ended as a master slaver. He was nasty.

My NWN login (Lymm S'kragga) is a bastardization of the god of death (I believe) from the Krondor novels. I don't remember anything about the books, but that name has been used for a Shadowknight when I played EQ, and a character or 2 on other servers.

Bjorn Thorvaldsson is my already 7 years old LARP character who had few reincarnations in rpgs. Issue was that I had problems with applying to nwn login, so after 10 attempts, it was shortened and set as BjornThorva.

Your most imminent doom was simply joke to see how many people will send me tell about login.

Was inspired by a character from a novel 'the swarm'. This Jack 'greywolf' O'Bannon is some tough half irish, half indian dude. I like ireland and the greywolf reminded me of that bounty hunter in Baldurs gate 1 so there is also an around the corner link to DnD.

'Brown Blur' has been a sort of 'default' login/email name for over 15 years now. It started as a sort of OOC 'nickname' for a char of mine in the Star Trek p'n'p RPG by FASA, who was an energetic, swift-moving Security Officer of Gurkha ancestry.

back in the 90's I need a login for a MUD. I wanted to be a wizard, so I started thinking "Merlin". Friend of mine said that was a no no since there is already a famous wizard named "Merlin". I was then thinking of Murdock from the A-Team. Change it to look like Merlin, so it's merdock.

About that time, Yahoo just started up and merdock@yahoo.com was already taken as an e-mail address. I added my zip code at the time and became merdock_47635@yahoo.com. I still have the e-mail to this day.

When I went to create my nwn login years ago, I continued to use merdock_47635.

I chose merdock77 for the forums since I started to use that on other forums, games, ect

I'm sure if you google merdock_47635, I'm all over the place.

Gexx44 came from when I was a baby I told people "All the way to 44" or "I love you all the way to 44" so it stuck as a lucky number since for some reason I used 44 in place of infinity or something. Then Gexx came from Gexx the Gecko, an old funny video game about a anthropomorphic gecko who gets trapped inside his television.

Just the name of my first Nwn character ever. Dergaii didn't even make it online as a character.

Funnily enough some people seem to have read it as Der guy, a sort of Germanish "That man" name.

And the times I get bothered to play an online shooter, they usually troll me as dergay. (I tend to screenshot both hackers as language abusers which bothers some people)

I'm sure more than a few of you remember those 'pre WWW' days :P Of course I needed a handle, and as the two of us are BIG BIG Rush fans (A canadian rock band for those few who don't know of them), the name, and title of one of their songs, seemed most fitting.

You may...or may not...notice that in game i'm Analogkid77. the 77 comes from my hockey jersey :) Yet another Canadian 'thing' I guess.

Fierene Havenstar: Yup, I’m joining up with all those who use their first characters name. This one was for Icewind Dale. I made it up. I pronounce it Fear-ine. It’s also morphed into Fi-fi and just Fi (like fire without the “re”).

Family members now call me Fi and Fierene.

Luckily I didn’t use other character names I made up like Lya Tining (lightning), Seretta T’dedge (serrated edge), Kle Vir (clever)… pretty bad, huh.

My forum name is the name of one of my characters, River. Miranda was taken and I was too lazy to come up with anything else at the time.

"Miranda used the Cerberus Network and has joined as a player..." is what reads when I get in game, the bold is my login.

Anyone who's ever played Mass Effect 2 gets it.

My other, CrisisEffect, is a mix of FF7: Crisis Core and Mass Effect. :D

...but now that I think about it I should've gone with CrisisCreed to mix Assassin's Creed in there. Bah. *head to desk*

A misspelling of SPQR when I was young, retarded and really into roman history at the age of 10 or something. Used it on every game ever since, (when its not taken by football hooligans that is).

PS: For the record, I used to cheer on Hull City, but then they worked their up to Premier Leauge and I had to abandon them for that reason. Now I cheer for Schrewsbury, which I am about 50% sure actually exist.

PPS: If the above line was not clear enough, it means I have never, never, ever cheered for or even cared in the slightest about Queens Park Rangers.

PPPS: You are all gits.

The Cerberus network was an out of game log in system that managed your EA account and sent out news letters as well as IC In game events to give the world more...world.

It also kept track of which DLC you had as well for you, basically came free with the collectors edition and higher.

I love leopards and jaguars and Ozelotl, or jaguar warriors, were elite members of the Aztec imperial army. They wore a jaguar motif into battle with the belief that they would be granted it's strength. The jaguar was also the symbol of their patron deity. They fought on the front lines in wars along side the eagle warriors. Their main objective however was to acquire slaves to be brought back from neighboring lands and sacrificed to appease the gods.

Isaiah is my old account. Isaiah was a powerful Christian prophet that foretold the virgin birth of Jesus..... Isaiah is also my middle name IRL.

My first login was Daniel_Waynold which was the name of my most loved roleplaying character that I played for several years. Same thing with Furin Drungan, but didn't want to use that as nick.

I forgot my passwords after such long time off, so I had to start up with nothing. Well, I figured I used Nothing as part of it and I wanted it to start with Q or Z, so I came up with Quartz, but typoed it as I was making it and changed it before accepting to Quarter_From_Nothing. And I like it. :)

I've done that... Nearly. The evening before my graduation party in 2008. Sure was fun! That leaves the face eating.
