The former Commander of Magthere, Viz'aun was returned to Edonil as of late. Many onlookers saw that he came from the clutches of a Yarchol as explained by a witness. A force of them subdued him and locked him in a cell in the temple of Lolth. Two females, a male and a Orc were left guarding his cell. An hour later they would all be found dead and the two females decapitated. It would appear their prisoner was not so willing to stay incarcerated as he made painfully clear. A sign was left behind: "Thus to those who oppose Viz'aun Vandree." Blood would cover the floors of the temple and the prisoner would leave no trace of where he went.

//There were plenty of witnesses. It was quickly made common knowledge. The temple murder and his escape however, the only surviving witness to my knowledge was the Yarchol. A DM handled it and there was (as the title suggests) a public display. Please do not question it or post ooc any further on this thread. If you've a question ask DM Selvetarm.

*Small rumors flit about Edonil saying that there must have been a disturbance in the Temple as a shrill shriek tore through the area seeming to originate from Lolth's holy place. Nobody is quite sure what happened, though most rumors say something about some sort of bloodbath inside.

The main thread of the rumors seem to be about some female striking down a male with several arrows to the chest as he delivered what was apparently a decree from the Queen of the Demonweb Pits, though exact details seem to vary depending on who exactly is asked.*

*A smirking drow finally snickered.. and very much had the "Told you so." expression written on her face, posting on the wall near the Mag'there*

"So, the destroyer arrives.

The overwhelming rage and pain he carries will surely be enough to split most of your living corpses in half.

What will you do? Will you stand up to him and continue the oppression?

Will you fold your loyalties and allow the destroyer to introduce the masked lord into your ranks?

Or perhaps cower and turn to those you have betrayed in times past for protection?

If so, do not turn to me.

However, Viz'aun, if you read this, you are allowed a chance at enacting revenge. My life, or yours. However, my wrath burns, beware. If you choose to accept my challenge, you will not return to this plane for many years at least. And I shall say the same. Consider this my taunt.

-Miz'ri."

Yathrin Ilharess Nizzre’tyne Tinnerai is seen gliding through Edonil with a very large Orog in tow headed towards the Temple of Lolth.

A warrior dressed in gold and black trots over to House Ussen d’Vhid carrying a letter which he announces is for the eyes of the Ul’ath’tallar. He is impeccably mannered and does not wait for a reply.

Ever since limping into his house with some arrows in his chest, Isendu't'tar has spent the vast majority of his time inside. However, it would seem that he has yet to refuse anyone who seeks an audience.
