Posted in the Sorcere, the Melee Magethere, the Temple of Lolth, and in front of the magethere near the guard by the Edonil ley-line crystal.
Attention.
By order of the Ust'Illharess. The criminals Miz'ri and Gul'vyll are to be brought before the Great Valsharess for questioning. They are hence forth bannished from Edonil on pain of death having been witnessed engaging in heretical behavior. The condition of the criminals is not a concern at this time and will likely incur the favor of the Arach Tanalith for their sacrilege of the Temple.

Along with each notice stands a slave who makes a note of everyone who reads the declaration and what they say within earshot of both himself and the guard.

Ust'Ilharess Nizzre'tyne Tinnerai is seen at each posting putting her insignia upon the parchment via a ring. She tells the slave and guards to let anyone reading the notice know the following.
"Miz'ri and Gul'vyll are to be stripped, bound hand and foot and gagged when delivered dead or alive."

The are brought food and drink and in return the slaves hand over pieces of parchment, presumably detailed descriptions of those that left notes. //lol....sorry about bringing that up heh....no hard feelings at all I actually think you're a great rp'r btw....but since it was an ic post that contained the misspelling I had to bring it up ic as my character would do
//oh and a little hint as to who posted it...a very little hint....the italicized word and underlined words are NOT the words you need consider when thinking on who posted it.....and also note another hint at the "It is well known throughout the history...." part, which indicates someone who's not new.

//FYI, we can see your stats. Cut the tude. Ainjyl was well within his rights here. Dms control what npcs see or more importantly don't see, and had you asked for a dms help this would have been ok. Instead, you made those omniscient comments. No need for that again.

This is exactly why drow should be a platinum coin race. Even should it prevent me from playing one, this is a ridiculous situation for everyone else who cares about IC actions and the consequences.
