No, that property means that if a creature has resistance or some way to mitigate damage from the weapons primary source, the weapon will instead deal bludgeoning damage. So for example, say we have a Spear, the base damage of which is 1d8 piercing. If you go against something with 5/- piercing resistance, that creature will take 5 less damage from every hit. If the spear has Extra Damage: Bludgeoning, the weapon will instead deal 1d8 bludgeoning damage to that creature, thus bypassing the piercing resistance.

You -can- rebuild creating a new character*, if that is what you mean.
*With the proper approval, that is.

Will the new character be able to be leveled to the level he was before, like a DC rebuild (but done to switch something chosen at level 1)?

Yessss, I think it should be entirely possible.
(Considering I just had a rebuild like that, I'd say I am certain of it)

Can someone describe the intricate skill that is parry?
Is it just as the description says, or is there more to it? Is it effective at all?

I was thinking it would be good for a character with epic dodge, but I still don't know if it's better than having Expertise or Improved Expertise. I asked because I didn't know if this was changed on Amia, but I suppose it's one of those things that can't be fixed.

I thought genasi had their base race changed to outsider, meaning no-taking race-specific PrC's?

I was wondering how strong is dragon knight epic spell, and if it is worth to get 3 focus on conjuration to improve its duration. Can any of you kindly give me a hint?

EDK is a really good summon, the fear aura will send away anything with low will and without mindblank, coupled with some seriously powerful strength based attacks.
However, a big big big big BIG but, I've found EDKs to be horrible in a lot of epic dungeons, they get trapped in doorways all too easily.

It does get stuck in dungeons rather frequently, and its why many see it as an inferior summon. But the fear aura is -legit-. And it has Bioware Truesight, and decent stats when properly buffed.
I don't think its worth it unless you're already headed for a Conjuration path, however.

I like it for it's ability to do Abyss and that's about it. Then again at the moment most of the EMD summons cake walk abyss. EDK is on my list of improvements, some of which will be things like getting rid of the Huge Models and having Epic Casters summon Juvenile Wyrms rather than Ancient or Adult ones for example. That said I am working on these changes now, but due to our current back log with regards to scripting it may be awhile til they are seen in game.

Different summons use a different focus to extend Mummy Dust, whereas Epic Dragon Knight only extends from Conjuration.

I don't think its worth it unless you're already headed for a Conjuration path, however. Really? I kept hearing from people that the best summon was EMD, and one of the best EMD summons was the necromancy one. I always assumed that the dragons either always cast low-DC spells and never attacked, or it had mediocre stats and a low DC fear aura. Without giving away specifics, how wrong were my assumptions? Either way I'm pretty certain I'm sticking with EMD for my (currently) only epic wizard, because it makes great sense for his character, but for future casters I'm just wondering what I'm getting myself into generally.

Can Elemental Shield and Acid Sheathe be cast upon each other?
Also if I have two items that give 50% immunity, does that give me 100% or 50% and then 50% of that?

Can you still get XP knocked off you without fuss? I have an idle fancy to use Ruce to explore the new Amia, and I'd rather do it on the way up. He's a knackered old drunk, so having him wash up on the shores at level 12 with only dim and confused memories of where everything is doesn't seem a stretch to me, but whatdoIknow?.

AFAIK, knocking off a single level because you messed something up (taking the wrong feat, missed skill points, ability misplacement etc) can be done DMIG without a thread, but even a self rebuild with 0 changes to what you want to level up with class/feat/skill/ability-wise needs a request thread.
Of course, if there are no changes to your build as you re-level I'm sure that it won't take long to be accepted!

Way to much maintenance imo

On my character, I just built a piece of equipment that has +3 reflex, +3 fort, and +2 universal saves on it.
My character sheet, and the dice item, report the reflex save as if it only has +3 from the first enchantment, and doesn't have the +2 from the universal saves enchantment.
It's not the +20 cap, because I took off other reflex-enhancing gear and put the original piece back on, but it still wouldn't add the +2 from universal saves. This same issue happened with fortitude with this piece of gear; it gets +3, not +5, from this item. It's skipping the universal save bonus.
Is this just not showing up on my sheet or my dice, or is there something weird going on meaning I only get one bonus to reflex/fort (and did the game just make me waste a greater mythal and some gold)?

You can't stack the same saves on the same piece of gear, so the universals won't stack with the specific saves.

That happens. Universal Save won't stack with particular Saves if on the same item.
Ring with +1 Fortitude, +1 Reflex, +1 Will, +1 Universal Saves, will only give a total of +1 to each.

Well even though I overlooked that, that's not exactly what I was doing; I was adding two separate save powers (universal and reflex) and it didn't work (because mechanically, it just doesn't add both to the character). That phrasing sounds more like "if you add two reflex saving throw abilities, the mythal will explode and tell you you're silly", rather than "if you use universal and reflex saves..." Anyway, I've re-planned my gear again, it was surprisingly easy this time, so I'm not annoyed by it anymore. Thanks for the info, though.
