It -is- possible yes, however the server lacks such a script to my knowledge, so unless you can get a scripter to look into making one for you, its unlikely to ever exist here.

I get the arguments about the mainstream 'established' religions and who gets to call themselves the high priest. If there is a church, chances are someone has beat you to it and must be 'displaced'.
I do not think you can just roll a high priest/arch-mage/Matron Mother/etc.... A lot of work has to be done to earn the prestige, if you earn it at all...
But, if you are a cleric of an obscure religion who has managed, through a lot of hard work, to build a cult following around yourself based solely upon your religion... I'd say you have earned the title.
It comes down to hard work, luck, and the will of that god...
Just my $.02's

On the topic of high priests really quick; Osiris claims to be high priest because literally no character on Amia before him has ever worshipped Anthraxus, and I am making a cult following around Anthraxus and fiends in general, of sorts. And it is slowly growing. He has been acknowledged IC by other characters as the high priest, and he has been acknowledged by Tormak I believe as the high priest for Anthraxus (at least in the module that is,) and has had direct communication with Anthraxus. Everything I do that is Anthraxus-specific-lore and all the stuff I say? I actually work with Tormak on that. I don't just make shit up. It's either on the wiki and readily available, or if it isn't, Tormak and I spoke about it beforehand.
So I don't really think it's "just saying". I roleplay Osiris' religion very hard because it's my favorite part about the characted, and I love the character of Anthraxus and the lore surrounding fiends in general. I do not know any other characters saying they're high priest/priestesses though, so I can't speak for them on how they decided their title.
I do agree, however, that if nobody challenges you ICly about a title, then who's to say you aren't that title? If nobody challenges your claim of being Prince of Guldorand, and the citizens/PC's around you seem to follow it, then who cares how you got your title? It's valid because it is respected by your peers. That's what a title is.

high end mechanics question.
wounding has a save. but if applied to a creature weapon, it has no save.
ergo, if i have a wounding weapon, and shift into a form that merges my weapon, does the effect lose the save as it is now "on monster hit?"

Is it just me, or is Caraigh ridiculously hard for low levels? Some of the monsters seem okay to kill, but others just annihilate me. Is it meant for higher levels? All the low level quests seem to be centered around it.

Yep. they also have a guaranteed loot drop chance, and also have slightly higer stats and HP. They're basically diablo "champion" monsters.

My suggestinon is like Lilmarcat, do the quests during the day - alternately, advertise IC that you're looking to do the quests. There's always a lot of activity around Caraigh and Wiltun and I bet you'd find interested PCs in getting you around, even at night time. Also a good way to get involved in one of the longer running plot arcs of the server these days, that being the tale of Caraigh and Cabain Blackmoor.

As far as I'm aware as long as you have ranks, and being a learned skill you need a class that opens up that requirement. Personally I haven't had a disabler without rogue levels.

Is it true that Cordor has a population of 100,000+ people, but only a dozen or so farms, that neither Cordor nor Kohl is self sufficient when it comes to food, and Bendir Dale is literally required for all cities on amia to have enough food to eat because they make all the food?

No. Bendir Dale does not provide the whole isle anywhere close to enough food to feed them all. They do make excess and it is their main export but they do not feed the other cities solely by themselves.

The two bigger cities are more or less self-sufficient, but they don't produce every variety. The cities tend to buy stuff from Bendir Dale because it is good to buy food. Kohlingen also exports food for example. Also, Cordor's population is way bellow 100k.

True, but the community of elves tend not to be so populous and most of them grow their own, hunt their own or trade amongst themselfs for what they need. During the war against Amn. I looked into it and got that as the information in IC perspective. What they tend to lack was fish, as far as I remember, due to being in middle of main land.
Hence Winya is resistant to food shortages and major plagues as it is not as big nor as densely populated like the human cities.

Cool, thanks guys. I had heard it ic yesterday and it didn't make any sense but people were insistent. Them a reset happened and not everyone came back so the discussion was left hanging.
Either way I think it's safe to say if you look at kohl and cordor and the dale ic you could see the hin town wasn't feeding all.

I don't actually recall saying the Dale was supplying all the food, probably because that's not actually what I said at all. What I did say was that the Dale plays a fairly important role on Amia as its breadbasket - which is what the Dale has been coined as for at least the last six years.

I think we can consider it as an IC stereotype though since food production is the main profile of Bendir Dale.

Can you port into or out of Bendir right now? Or have recent events stopped that?

You cannot port into or out of the inner walls. Just by the main gate there is a placeable which will tell you about why not.

The only places you cannot use cross-planar teleportation and movement in Bendir Dale is anywhere in the vicinity of the large green placeable effects. These areas denote the presence of a Dimensional Lock spell (recognizeable with a DC 23 spellcraft check), and are the only places you could not use Extraplanar travel to cross. Anywhere else is fair game.
Portal Rods still function just fine in these areas. Isn't that funny? It's also IC.
