It was seven or eight years back. The lead house worked with Ghaunadaur to spread plague through the city, and when it got out, there was civil war. Eventually there were earthquakes and the city flooded. I think it's still in the module as a hostile area.
It was around the time Disco added the new underdark on B, so I think that was the prime OOC factor. The remaining houses built a new city there, but that too is now kaput.

Is it possible to request +6 AB gloves as a non-monk, theoretically? (I know it is a terrible idea, but is it allowed?)

I have this edgy concept, of a evil aligned character who "do what is necessary" to defeat evil. A necromancer or similar, who gone the extra step, he or she is twisted but openly against forces of evil, fighting fire with fire. Such a concept would of course NOT be welcomed among much of the good or neutral forces of Amia should it use necromancy in any shape.
I just wonder how such a concept can be appliable? Do Evil Alignment mean = You are evil, you cannot fight other evil for a "good" cause. Or is it possible?
Now when I mention Necromancers I think of the Necromancer faction in Dark Messiah who
wishes to stop the summoning of this prophecy demon
EDIT: Well that spoiler is not working.
Anyway, do evil always be the chuckling, mustache twirling kind of evil just to do evil? Or can we break the pattern?

Evil, as good and neutral, is what you make of it. You can be an evil character who is opposed to other heinous acts. In fact anti-necromancer evil chars are quite common.

Neutral is the way to go for that character then, id say.
LN due to what seems to be an established set of mental codes.

Whens the best time to find a DM online? I just need to have a couple levels redone on a character on which I made a mistake. Living in the UK so trying to find a DM on can be quite challenging due to timezones.

If it is a several level re-do, you'll also have to make a request first, I'm afraid.

The big question is if the character cares about the people they are harming along the way. When I say care I don't mean cry feels. Consider how they reflect upon their own actions, if they believe they are above the consequences.
Indifference tells of the brash, or apathy. Sorrow tells of the regretful, or filled with self-hatred. Hatred tells of the vengeful, or a lack of justification for impulses.
Or basically refer to your local Shar Guidebook on killing.

If I'm a level 10 wizard (pre-epic) and then I start taking all my PM levels, will I ever reach level 9 spells?
I know I get epic spells at level 15 PM no matter what, but I'm worried about my spellcasting. :/

Need 17 Wizard levels for 9th level spells. PM gets 1 Caster level every odd level.
So 17 - 10 wizard = 7 7 * 2 = 14 Pale Master levels

Oh, I know my overall spells are going to be weak if it's not necromancy because of the CL - I was mostly worried about not getting 9th level spells. I am a bad character builder and let my paranoia get the best of me. Spamming horrid wilting is the way to go anyway.

So, bit of an odd question. When it comes to half-dragons, there is an extreme lack of information on HOW they are born? My guess is probably dependent on which is the dragon parent? Normal mammal birth with a dragon father and perhaps from an egg with a dragon mother? This has always confused me. XD

The 1st House Baenre was DM-controlled, appearing as a foreign canon house to settle a new branch in the city who ended up quickly taking power. I have no idea what DM it was since I think a few were involved in the Ultrinnan plot that came about primarily to move the Underdark onto B. Said civil war happened in like a day when people found out why the Wyrmling Plague was happening after months (Baenre being heretics) and the earthquakes were caused via spells or divine intervention (Lolth? Ghaunadaur?) or something during the infighting that produced a cave-in. Shortly after House Baenre was dethroned in the resolved civil war the ocean flooded the whole city from the cave-in. So, pretty much a similar story as the fall of every other drowtown. From Amiawiki, "Ultrinnan was established after the collapse of Udos Dro'xun and was hidden more deeply and securely in the caverns beneath Amia than was the previous settlement. A plague ravished the city of Ultrinnan for many months before it was discovered that the then-First House Baenre was responsible. In a coup d'état Baenre was overthrown, their members declared heretics, and a civil war began within Ultrinnan, that was only resolved shortly before the city itself was destroyed."~~~ Terallis wrote: So, bit of an odd question. XD OPINION: Unfortunately as funny as it would be half-dragons are implied to be rarely born from female mothers. I have no idea if this means they can be born via egg or not. Personally I would assume not but I know various dragon mother situations have been done before plenty on Amia so I guess that's how it is for our setting. My own opinion is simpy that humans are not magical like dragons are and half-dragons look far more human-like than dragonborn do (who are born from eggs). I recall reading threads on the forums discussing this topic a few times. Some others were of the opinion that the way polymorphing or however dragons shift works should prevent the pregnancy from carrying over meaning they'd have to stay in the form for the duration of the pregnancy. I can't remember the lore on shifting off the top of my head to verify if this theory makes sense at all. If that's untrue, another possibility other than eggs is that the female dragon simply changes back to the race she's birthing when she goes into labour. SOURCE: The canon source implies it could go either way from Dragon Magazine #284 stating, Quote: The dragon parent of a half-dragon tends to be male, although female dragons have been known to take mortal lovers and give birth to half-dragon children, particularly good female dragons who have assumed mortal form to be with a beloved partner. https://dnd.rem.uz/Dragon%20Magazine/25 ... %23284.pdf, pg 29 This same page also covers why RDDs are far more alignment locked than half-dragons who have plenty free will in how they turn out depending on circumstances. Circumstances mean chromatics are still likely to be evil just because half-dragons chromatics especially are rarely born without reason. It's a great article for all dragon lore lovers, honestly. AMIA: Based on previously approved characters and discussions, it appears female dragon mothers are capable of giving birth via egg or being shifted and are able to shift inbetween forms without disrupting the pregnancy in our setting unless DMs say otherwise. BECAUSE MAAAAGIC!

Hello folks,
I recently acquired a suit of Mithril Full Plate armour (the job system crafted kind) but certain locations seem to be locked in appearance and it says something like "Current part:0 (33) and when I try to change it, it just repeats that message.
As of writing its the Pelvis, Thighs and Shin locations won't change appearance any work around for this?

It's because it uses an appearance that's not in the crafting system iirc. You can get around it by merging another type of plate on it trough the crafting system and taking that item's appearance.

I don't see any "merge" options on the crafting menu just colours and appearance (neither has a merge option I can see?)

It's the appearance one. You first place in one armor then the other, and you should get the option to copy the appearance or colors of the second onto the first. I just called it merge because I'm pretty sure it eats up the second armor.. so it's a merger.
It needs to be done on the armorer bench tied to the job system btw. You can't do it from just the radial wheel's crafting menu.

And should only be attempted by someone with ranks in the armoursmith job. Otherwise you risk losing the armour entirely.

It needs to be done on the armorer bench tied to the job system btw. You can't do it from just the radial wheel's crafting menu. Worked a treat thank you very much, learned something new today

The problem is, it is very ooc to ignore that some dude spawns the dead or demons. Do people understand that Lawful good, and any good..especially paladins and such...cannot just ignore it "cause ooc" or "some monk peace". What fucked up non evil monks allow this anyway?

It's not OOC to ignore something IC. It's exactly the opposite.
